    Abstract: A shift register unit, a gate drive circuit and a display device are disclosed. The shift register unit includes an input circuit, an output circuit, a reset circuit, a control circuit and a reset stabilizing circuit. The input circuit is configured to write an input signal into a first node in response to an input start signal. The output circuit is configured to output a preparatory output signal to an output terminal under control of an electric level of the first node. The reset circuit is configured to reset the output terminal under control of an electric level of a second node. The control circuit is configured to apply a first voltage signal to the second node in response to a control signal. The reset stabilizing circuit is configured to apply a second voltage signal to the first node in response to a reset stabilizing signal.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel, and a display device. The array substrate has a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The array substrate further includes a plurality of signal lines located in the display area, a plurality of test signal lines and a plurality of test control transistors located in the non-display area and respectively corresponding to the plurality of signal lines. Each of the signal lines is connected to a respective one of the test signal lines by a respective one of the test control transistors. The plurality of test control transistors each have a channel width-to-length ratio between 10 and 200.

    Abstract: An antenna structure, a manufacturing method thereof and a communication device are provided. The antenna structure includes a first base substrate, a second base substrate, a dielectric layer provided between the first base substrate and the second base substrate, an isolation layer, first coplanar electrodes provided on one side of the isolation layer facing the first base substrate, and second coplanar electrodes provided on another side of the isolation layer facing the second base substrate. In the direction perpendicular to the first base substrate, the dielectric layer includes a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer, and the isolation layer is provided between the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer. The first coplanar electrodes include first electrodes and second electrodes alternately arranged. The second coplanar electrodes include third electrodes and fourth electrodes alternately arranged.
