Abstract: The present invention provides a large-tonnage slender externally powered rail-mounted unloading skip, comprising an upper bin body and a lower bin body that are respectively formed by an inner lining plate and an outer plate fixed together via a number of pin shafts, a self-locking gate, and a gate opening device. A loading opening and a coal baffle plate that is used to block coal when the coal is loaded are arranged on the upper part of the upper bin body, a self-locking gate composed of a sector gate plate and unloading rollers is arranged on the lower bin body, a coal chute is arranged on the lower part of the self-locking gate, the upper bin body and the lower bin body are connected together through flanged connection, and channel irons are welded around the walls of the upper bin body and lower bin body respectively; when the skip is at an unloading position, externally powered telescopic push rods push the unloading rollers to move in an unloading rail of the slide block, so that the self-locking gate is opened, and the coal is unloaded along a coal chute. With the reliable connection between the upper bin body and the lower bin body, effective and convenient fixing of the lining plate, and reliable opening of the gate, the skip can meet the production requirements of 10-million tonnage large-size shafts.

Abstract: An elevator anti-fall buffer based on flexible guidance. The anti-fall buffer is used for connecting and fixing an end part of a braking steel rope of an elevator. The anti-fall buffer has an upper support plate and a lower support plate, wherein a pulley set is provided on the upper support plate and the lower support plate, and a hydraulic damping buffer is provided at two sides of the pulley set. The anti-fall buffer uses the energy consumption principle of a hydraulic damping hole, and while protecting the braking steel rope from the force of impact created thereon by the elevator, prevents the force of impact from a spring on the elevator post-braking, improving the safety and reliability of elevator braking, thereby improving safety of an elevator, while also using a pulley set can increase the braking distance of the braking steel rope, thereby lengthening life of the steel rope.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a time service and positioning network system for an underground chain-shaped large space in a coal mine. The system adopts a base station-level network internal time synchronization method which takes an optical fiber time service as a main part and takes a satellite time service as an auxiliary part to construct a time service and positioning network system with an unified time within the ad-hoc network base stations, based on the ad-hoc network base stations linearly arranged in the underground chain-shaped large space in the coal mine. Through the network construction, the network stabilization and the network application, the system unifies the time reference of the base station-level network and improves the positioning accuracy of the network application by utilization of the base station-level network internal time synchronization method. The system integrates the time service and positioning network system suitable for the underground coal mine and expands the network applicability based on an existing underground communication ring network.

The method comprises the following steps: S10, determining an optimal transportation route of a vehicle, and dividing the optimal transportation route into a plurality of locked intervals; S20, determining an initial velocity v0 of the vehicle passing through each locked interval; S30, constructing a discretization mileage estimation model to update a real-time position of the vehicle, and obtaining dynamic track information of the vehicle in each locked interval; S40, constructing a [v0, t] prediction model, and obtaining a theoretical time t0 of the vehicle passing through each locked interval through the prediction model; S50, comparing a actual time t and the theoretical time t0 of the vehicle passing through each locked interval, and selecting whether to start overtime early warning or overtime alarm; and S60, repeating S30 to S50 after the vehicle enters the next locked interval. The low-energy-consumption grading and positioning method and system for the coal mine auxiliary transportation vehicle provided in the present disclosure realizes on-demand positioning of the underground vehicle and reduces the consumption and cost of positioning.

The present invention is applicable to rapid starting and stopping of the scraper conveyor in a heavy load status while adjusting chain tension in real time, thereby resolving a power imbalance problem in a dual-drive system, and has a simple structure and a long service life.

Abstract: Disclosed are a wellbore inspection system and method for an ultra-deep vertical shaft. The wellbore inspection system includes a wire rope moving system, inspection robots, a visual image acquisition system, a wireless communication module, a central control system, and an image post-processing system of an upper computer. The wire rope moving system includes a surface wire rope guide rail, an underground wire rope guide rail, a surface wire rope moving device, an underground wire rope moving device, and a wire rope. The visual image acquisition system includes explosion-proof cameras. After image information acquired by the explosion-proof cameras is processed by a lower computer, the processed image is transmitted by a wireless image transmission module to the image post-processing system of the upper computer. The central control system is connected to the inspection robots and the wire rope moving system, and the inspection robots are connected to the central control system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a horizontally movable vertical shaft rope guide and a regulating method thereof, which are suitable for guiding of hoisting containers in vertical shafts. The vertical shaft rope guide comprises a hoisting rope, and two hoisting containers suspended from the tail ends of the hoisting rope, wherein, cage guide ropes are led through guide cage lugs arranged on the two sides respectively, a tensioner arranged on the ground at the shaft top is connected to the upper end of each cage guide rope, and a connector arranged under a steel slot at the shaft bottom is connected to the lower end of each cage guide rope; a hydraulic cylinder is connected at the other side of each tensioner and the corresponding connector, and the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tensioner or connector. During hoisting in the vertical shaft, the hydraulic cylinders are controlled to act in advance, to push the tensioners or connectors to move towards the center between the two hoisting containers, so that the cage guide ropes led through the guide cage lugs on the two sides of the hoisting containers get close to each other at the same time and wrap the hoisting container; thus, the horizontal displacement of the hoisting containers is restrained, and the impact of air flow on the two hoisting containers is minimized when the two hoisting containers meet.
