    摘要: Provided are a propylene resin composition comprising 100 parts byweight in total of two different types of propylene polymers each having specific properties, from 0 to 50 parts by weight of a specific elastomer, and from 0 to 50 parts by weight of an inorganic filler; and a method for producing it. The production method comprises melting and kneading two polymer groups each comprising one or more propylene polymers. The resin composition in which the viscosity difference between the propylene homopolymer segments to form the base polymer and the amorphous propylene segments to form the disperse phase is small is produced by first melting and kneading one polymer group, then immediately adding the other polymer group thereto, and further kneading and melting the two. For the composition in which the viscosity difference therebetween is large, the polymer groups are separately kneaded in melt, and the resulting melts are further kneaded. The propylene resin composition has high stiffness, high impact resistance and high fluidity, and its moldings have good appearances.

    摘要: Polypropylene based resins and compositions comprising the resin having extremely high stiffness, heat resistance and impact strength, with these properties being well-balanced, are provided. The polypropylene based resins are characterized by comprising:(1) a propylene polymer having a content of alpha-olefin other than propylene of not more than 4 mole percent, and the following properties (2), (3) and (4):(2) a pentad fraction (mmmm fraction) measured by .sup.13 C-NMR of not less than 96.0 percent,(3) a main elution fraction peak position of not less than 118.0.degree. C. and a peak half value width of less than 4.0, these values being measured by the temperature raising separation method, and(4) an intrinsic viscosity of not less than 0.5 dl/g, but not more than 5.0 dl/g; and,(5) a rubber content measured by pulse NMR of more than 25 percent.

[T.sub.2H.sup.R (80): .mu.s] and the content of insoluble fraction in boiling n-heptane (W) satisfying the following equations:T.sub.2H.sup.R (80).ltoreq.670-2.2.times.WT.sub.2H.sup.R (80)/T.sub.2H.sup.R (30).ltoreq.8.8+0.086.times.Wand a propylenic resin composition comprising (A) 10 to 95 weight % of the propylenic resin, particularly a propylenic resin which is at least one kind selected from a homopolymer of propylene and copolymers of propylene containing 4 mol % or less of other olefinic units, and (B) 90 to 5 weight % of a propylenic random copolymer having intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] measured in decaline at the temperature of 135.degree. C. in the range of 0.5 to 10 deciliter/g and containing 10 to 80 mol % of olefinic units other than the propylenic unit are disclosed. The polyolefinic resin and the composition have high heat resistance and excellent mechanical properties in a wide range of modulus, show small temperature dependence of the mechanical properties and do not cause stickiness on the surface of molded articles.
