Abstract:
A cigarette punching device comprises a first housing member, a second housing member fitted into the first housing member, a punching device, a receiving cylinder, and an elastic element. The first housing member is provided with a through hole. The second housing member is provided with a front receiving compartment, a rear receiving compartment, and a partition located between the from and the rear receiving compartments. The punching device is received in the rear receiving compartment of the second housing member such that the punching needle of the punching device is located in the front receiving compartment. The receiving cylinder is located in the first housing member via the through hole of the first housing member for holding a cigarette to be punched. The elastic element is located between the first and the second housing members to provide the second housing member with an elastic force enabling the second housing member to bounce back to its original position. The punching of the cigarette is brought about by the compression motion of the second housing member in relation to the first housing member.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of forming a graphene layer, including: putting a substrate in a chamber of an electron cyclotron resonance device, and then evacuating the chamber. Conducting a carbon-containing gas into the chamber, wherein the carbon-containing gas has a pressure of 10−2 torr to 10−4 torr in the chamber. Heating the substrate until the substrate has a temperature of 100° C. to 600° C., and using a microwave with an electron cyclotron resonance mechanism to excite the carbon-containing gas to deposit a graphene layer on the substrate.
Abstract:
A microwave-excited plasma device is proposed. The device comprises of a plurality of microwave plasma reaction units which are capable of generating plasma independently such that a large-area plasma is able to be generated by all of the units. Besides, the high cost of the large-area microwave coupling window and its deformation together with possible breakage caused by atmospheric pressure can be prevented. Moreover, when a plurality of permanent magnets is assembled upon each of the plasma reaction units, the microwave-excited plasma device is improved to be a large-area electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) plasma device.
Abstract:
A linear-type microwave-excited plasma source mainly comprises a reacting chamber, a rectangular waveguide and a linear biased slot in between. A linear quartz plate with an o-ring embedded in the biased slot is required so as to keep the reaction chamber in low pressure condition. Plasma will be excited in the reacting chamber by microwave powers radiating from the biased slot. A linear-type movable dielectric material can be disposed in the waveguide to control the radiation intensity of microwave, such that the length of the linear-type plasma source is able be extended without increasing input microwave powers and thus large-area low-cost plasma-processing applications can be implemented.
Abstract:
A plasma generating apparatus is provided. The plasma generating apparatus includes a plasma process chamber, a top electrode board, a bottom electrode board and at least one pair of impedance modulators. The top electrode board is coupled to a radio frequency (RF) power source. The impedance modulators are provided in pairs and are parallel-connected to the top electrode board at two geometrically symmetrical locations, wherein each impedance modulator has an impedance modulation curve whose value changes with time, and the value of a parallel equivalent impedance curve of the impedance modulation curves is constant with time.

A barrier film encapsulating apparatus for insulating pipes is proposed, the apparatus comprises: a positioning unit for positioning a insulating pipe to be encapsulated with a barrier film and moving the insulating pipe along an axial direction thereof; at least a molding unit for enclosing a channel space, the channel space having a cross-section similar in shape to a cross-section of the insulating pipe; a guiding unit for guiding a barrier film into the channel space such that the barrier film is rolled via the molding unit into a shape similar to the cross-section of the insulating pipe, so that the barrier film is encapsulated on the insulating pipe when the insulating pipe moves along an axial direction thereof and penetrates the channel space; and an adhering unit for sealing the barrier film encapsulated on the insulating pipe so as to complete the encapsulating process and resolve conventional problems in encapsulating the insulating pipes with the well-insulative and airtight barrier film.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a decoration lamp holding frame, in which the bulb base has a bar-base portion with a stopper at the bottom side, and an ejector pin extended downward from the bottom side of said stopper, and the diameter of the bar-base portion is a bit bigger than or equal the inside diameter of the lamp holder so that the bar-base portion of the bulb base is emerged into the lamp holder fully as they are connected together, meanwhile the back end of the ejector pin stretches to the bottom opening of the lamp holder, thereby to increase the difficulty of picking-off bulb; but when the bulb runs away, pushing up the ejector pin from the bottom opening of the holder with a tool takes off the bulb base from the lamp holder facilitating to replace.
