    摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a profiled semi-finished plastic product from flexible web material, including: providing a plurality of webs of flexible material, —continuously and simultaneously feeding the webs of material to and along a plurality of shaping pieces arranged next to each other, folding each web of material around a respective shaping piece to form a body and an edge strip which projects transversely with respect to the body,—causing the edge strips of different webs of material to at least partly cover each other, impregnating the webs of flexible material provided or the assembly of webs of material with folded-over edge strips covering each other with a hardenable unit, causing the hardenable unit to harden to form the profiled semi-finished plastic product, wherein open spaces remain between two neighbouring bodies and edge strips.

    摘要: A resin impregnated cured in place liner with an integral inner impermeable layer, a method for its manufacture and an apparatus to do this are provided. The liner is formed from a resin impregnable material having an impermeable layer bonded to one surface. The material is formed into tubular shape with the impermeable layer on the outside of the tube about a tubular forming member and continuously everted into the tubular forming device to place the impermeable layer on the inside. An outer impermeable film is placed about the inner tubular layer and may be impregnated with vacuum in the usual manner. Alternatively, the tubular resin impregnable material may be passed through a resin tank and impregnated with a curable resin prior to being wrapped with an outer impermeable layer. The impregnated liner is then suitable for pull-in-and-inflate which can be by steam in view of the integral inner impermeable layer of the liner.

    摘要: In order to further develop a method for producing tubular films that can be applied to an article as well as an apparatus for performing such a method, so that the complexity of production management aspects during production of tubular films is minimized and at the same time there is little material waste, the following arrangement is suggested: at least one pre-folding station for upwardly folding each of the two lateral regions of the film web along a respective bending edge that extends in the direction of travel of the film web; at least one flattening station for largely symmetrically pressing the two upwardly folded lateral regions on the central region of the film web; and, at least one welding station for forming the tubular film by means of welding the respective lateral region, in particular near the respective lateral edge, and the part of the central region spatially associated with the respective lateral region.
