    摘要: An apparatus for accessing a memory is provided, and comprises a first device, a second device, an adjusting unit, a buffer and a memory. The first device operates at a first clock. The second device operates at a second clock. The buffer reads data from the second device to be written to the memory unit and reads from the memory unit to be read by the first device. The adjusting unit masks a portion of pulses of the first clock to generate an adjusted clock, wherein the first device reads the buffer according to the adjusted clock. The apparatus for accessing a memory is a video processor, and the first device and the second device are an input unit and an output unit of the video processor.

The display panel comprises a pair of substrates, at least one data line, at least three common lines, at least one scan line, at least one switch element, a common electrode, and a display media layer. The pair of substrates comprises a first substrate and a second substrate. The data line and the three common lines are formed on the first substrate. The data line and the common lines interlace to form a plurality of areas. Each of the areas comprises an electrode. The electrodes are connected to each other to form a pixel electrode. The scan line is formed on the first substrate and under an electrode of one of the areas. The switch element is formed under an electrode of one of the areas, and comprises a source connected to the pixel electrode, a drain connected to the data line, and a gate\ connected to the scan line. The common electrode is formed on the second substrate, with a display media layer disposed between the two substrates.

The liquid crystal display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a first base, a dielectric layer and a storage capacitor. The storage capacitor includes a reflective electrode. The dielectric layer covers at least part of the storage capacitor. The second substrate is substantially paralleled to the first substrate. The second substrate includes a second base, a black matrix and a common electrode. The black matrix corresponds to the storage capacitor. The black matrix includes an opening corresponding to the reflective electrode. The opening is provided to let an outside light enter into the liquid crystal display panel such that the reflective electrode reflects the outside light to provide a light source to the liquid crystal display panel.

A first substrate comprises a plurality of pixels, each pixel comprises a plurality of sub-pixels and each sub-pixel comprises at least one transmissive and at least one reflective regions. A first covering layer covers the first substrate, wherein the first covering layer in the transmissive region corresponding to the fourth region is substantially thicker than that corresponding to the three color regions, and the first covering layer in the reflective region corresponding to the fourth region has a thickness substantially equal to that corresponding to the three color regions.     摘要: An LCD panel includes an array substrate, a color filter substrate positioned above the array substrate, a dielectric layer disposed on the array substrate facing the color filter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate. The color filter substrate includes a plurality of red pixel regions, green pixel regions, and blue pixel regions, and the dielectric layer has different thickness corresponding to the red pixel regions, the green pixel regions, and the blue pixel regions. Accordingly, the liquid crystal layer has a first thickness corresponding to the blue pixel regions, a second thickness corresponding to the green pixel regions, and a third thickness corresponding to the red pixel regions. The first thickness is less than the second thickness, and the second thickness is less than the third thickness.
