摘要: Methods of coating the interior surface of a hollow tubular structure, in particular a drinking device, and more particularly a drinking straw, with an edible composition to impart a desirable modification to a beverage that is drunk through the straw. The edible composition comprises an adhering agent and a powdered ingredient coated to the interior surface. Suitable adhering agents include lipids (e.g., soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, and mixtures thereof), medium chain triglycerides oils, emulsifiers, and mixtures thereof. Suitable powdered ingredients include edible acids, edible bases, sweeteners, flavorings, vitamins, minerals, colorants, sensate agents, carotenoids, antioxidants, polyphenols, phytonutrients, and mixtures thereof. The adhering agent is applied to the interior surface of the straw by any one of a number of methods followed by incorporating the powdered ingredient into the adhering agent layer. The powdered ingredient adheres or sticks to, and is incorporated into, the adhering agent layer. Once the powdered ingredient layer is added, the coated drinking straw is ready for use with a beverage.

摘要: A method of assembling an electronic device includes testing a first wafer of first die to identify the location of functional first die and dividing the first wafer into a set of panels, wherein a panel includes an M×N array of first die. A panel is bonded to a panel site of a second wafer to form a panel stack wherein a panel site defines an M×N array of second die in the second wafer. The panel stack is sawed into a devices comprising a first die bonded to a second die. Dividing the first wafer into panels may be done according statically or dynamically (to maximize the number of panels having a yield exceeding a specified threshold). Binning of the panels and panel sites according to functional die patterns may be performed to preferentially bond panels to panel sites of the same bin.

摘要: The disclosure is directed to a sanitary collapsible pet waste retrieval and storage device that is simple and easy to operate. The device includes a bag and a pair of panels attached to opposing sides of the bag. The panels and bag are sized and configured such that rotating and moving scraping edges of the panels together scoops waste into the bag and positions the scraping edges within the bag.

摘要: A belt conveyor system (10) having a continuous, looping carrier belt (28) entrained around a belt plate (20) which is supported by a frame (12). The belt plate (20) is secured to the frame (12) by securement pins (26a) and pivot pins (26b). The carrier belt (28) is driven externally rather than internally and is tensioned with minimal obstruction to removing the belt (28), which thereby facilitates disassembly of the system (10), particularly frequent removal, cleaning, and replacement of the belt (28) as may be necessary or desirable in, for example, the food processing industry. More specifically, the drive mechanism (14) is located substantially completely outside of and adjacent to the internal area (41) defined by the looping belt (28), and the tensioning mechanism (22) is low profile presenting minimal to no obstruction when removing the belt (28) from the belt plate (20).

摘要: Identification documents have a three dimensional or moving image effect to enable human verification of their authenticity. These effects are created by printing image layers of invisible inks, such as UV or IR fluorescing inks, each depicting an object in varying position or perspective in an area on the document. When the area is strobed sequentially in different bands corresponding to the different layers, the layers become visible sequentially or simultaneously, creating a moving and/or three dimensional effect.
