    摘要: Water content which is bound by capillarity in fiber cells of carboniferous materials is reduced by a thermomechanical dewatering process. In the process, the carboniferous materials are conveyed by a dispersion box into a pressure chamber including upper and lower plates. Steam is applied to the materials introduced into the pressure chamber from both the upper and lower plates to heat the materials up to about 125.degree. C. and to release the water which is bound by capillarity in the fiber cells. Initially, the pressure within the chamber is maintained at no greater than the steam pressure. Subsequently, the pressure chamber is sealed gastight and the carboniferous materials in the pressure chamber are pressed using the upper and lower plates.

Four path sensors are disposed on the measuring columns, such that each of the path sensors measure a spacing between the sensor and a point on the continuously operating press. Pressure cylinder-piston arrangements are disposed on the driving drum and the reversing drum to correct the course of the steel belt. Variables for altering the course of said steel belt include the spacings measured by the path sensors.

    摘要: A continuously working press includes first and second flexible, endless steel belts which are guided around a press table and a press ram via drive drums and return drums and which are supported on a plurality of roller bars. Each of two entry systems has an entry area which extends from an entry tangent to a starting point of a high pressure area and which is divided into a roller bar orientation area, a curved precompression area for the material to be pressed, and a straight compression area. The last third of the roller bar orientation area and all of the precompression area of each of the entry systems have a radius of curvature R.sub.E which is between one and two times the radius of curvature of the return drums R.sub.U. A plurality of computer-controlled hydraulic supporting members support the first and second entry systems and apply a pressure to the material to be pressed. The applied pressure increases constantly from 0 bar at the entry tangent up to a maximum pressure HP.sub.max at the high pressure area. The hydraulic supporting members provide a servo-hydraulically adjustable force profile having a variable compression angle, with the applied pressure increasing constantly from 0 to HP.sub.max /4 from the start of the roller bar orientation area up to the end of the first one quarter of the precompression area.

    摘要: An apparatus and method are provided for guiding steel bands of a continuously operating press about a longitudinal axis during operation of the press without overstretching one side of the steel bands. First and second bands are guided, via driving drums and return drums, around a pressing ram and a pressing table, respectively. The plurality of short-stroke cylinders can be connected to create hydraulic force action zones according to the geometry of the sheet-holder plate or a workpiece and during the downward travel of the ram, starting at a predetermined coupling point, the die-cushion plate and the sheet-holder plate execute in the direction of the downward travel, a preliminary stroke while simultaneously maintaining a safety spacing between the ram and the sheet-holder plate. Additionally, subsequent to the preliminary stroke, the sheet-holder plate is raised a counterstroke distance relative to the die-cushion plate such that the workpiece is clamped in place; and subsequent to this, the ram executes a drawing operation relative to the punch during the completion of the downward travel of the ram. Thus, the impact shock to the workpiece is minimized.

The high spring forces which occur in the bearing bolts as a result of linear shifts of the rolling rods are absorbed in a compensating manner by thick sleeves and sextuple plate stacks of the guide chain.

To include fine material economically and easily in the process, coarse material is sandwiched on top of fine material and then pressed and dried. The material prepared by grinding and screening is transferred as coarse material to a first spreader hopper, and the screened fine material is transferred over a chute and conveyor belt to a second spreader hopper. The fine material is spread in a thin layer through a vertically adjustable gate from the second spreader hopper onto a spreading, loading and filtering belt, and the coarse material is withdrawn on a transfer conveyor belt running below the first spreader hopper and then is spread through a vertically adjustable gate onto the fine layer, to form a sandwich-like mat.
