    摘要: A device for biomass beneficiation, in particular for the mechanical drying of plant biomass. The device has a press chamber, which can be supplied with biomass via a feed chute and can be emptied via a feedstock outlet. A pressure plate, which for compacting the biomass can be moved by a feed unit against the front wall of the press chamber, the wall lying opposite to the pressure plate, is disposed in the press chamber. In addition, the device has conveys away the liquid phase coming out of the biomass during the compaction. A first pivot bearing, relative to the direction of biomass movement, is provided on which the pressure plate is mounted with its first edge, and a second pivot bearing, on which the pressure plate is mounted with its second edge opposite the first edge, whereby at least the first pivot bearing is movable transverse to the plane of the pressure plate.

    摘要: A method for dewatering a fibrous material web, wherein fibrous material is applied via a headbox on at least one wire and is subsequently dewatered in order to form a fibrous material web. Following the wire section, the resulting fibrous material web is dewatered by several presses, wherein the first press through which the fibrous material web is guided following the headbox is equipped with a double nip. The first press is formed by a wire roll and two couch rolls which are each pressed against the wire roll for forming a nip. Also disclosed is a corresponding device for carrying out the method.

    摘要: The present invention provides a compact device (that may be installed onto a mobile or stationary platform) for conversion of waste to sources of energy or fertilizer. The device includes multiple stages for efficient conversation and processing of waste into energy or fertilizer, including a first stage for reducing a size of received waste, a second stage for compressing the reduced sized waste into partially dehydrated waste, a third stage for grinding and further compression of received waste from second stage to pulverize the constituent parts into highly dense substantially dehydrated pellets or fertilizers, with a fourth stage for further drying of the received pellets or fertilizers and a final fifth stage for cooling the received pellets or fertilizers into highly dense pellets. The device of the present invention further includes a controller for controlling each operational stage.

    摘要: A waste management system ad method for processing and reusing organic waste such as food, green compost, and the like. The waste is delivered from a shredder to three sequential augers, each having a rotating shaft and a helically-wound blade spiraling therealong. The blades of the augers compress the waste and extract liquid therefrom to be drained into a tank for subsequent use as a fuel or a fertilizer. The remaining organic waste is then heated and dried in a dual drum dryer. From the dryer, the waste is delivered to a pelletizer having an apertured shaping plate extending thereacross through which the waste is pushed and shaped into solid pellets. The hot and dry pellets are cooled within a dual drum cooler. From the cooler, the organic waste pellets are collected, packaged and distributed.
