摘要: A method is proposed for supporting downlink JD (joint detection) in a TDD CDMA communication network system, comprising steps of: judging whether the CAI (code allocation information) in a downlink timeslot will change in the next TTI (transmission time interval); if the CAI will change, inserting the changed CAI as a specific control information into a specified field in the traffic burst in the downlink timeslot corresponding to current TTI; sending the traffic burst containing the specific control information to each UE (user equipment) in the downlink timeslot via a downlink channel.

摘要: A method, system, and business model are disclosed for supporting handover between a mobile host and a corresponding node located in a heterogeneous network. Handover paths are established to accommodate a plurality of quality of service properties. Admission control is performed that considers the established handover paths and an established first reservation path. Gateways are contacted to determine a handover path to use. The determined handover path is used to support vertical handover. A second reservation path is established while maintaining the first reservation path and the handover path.

摘要: A mold and a method for integrally manufacturing a functional cored slab and a solid slab with a polygonal grid honeycomb structure. The mold for manufacturing the cored slab comprises a female mold and multiple male molds which are provided in the female mold. The male molds include polygonal cylinders capable of melting, dissolving, or vaporizing. A clearance exists between at least one pair of adjacent polygonal cylinders. The mold for manufacturing the solid slab is provided with a male mold main-body of polygonal cylinders which share the same shape and amount as the polygonal grids. The male mold main-body, which is made of one of the functional materials including sound insulating materials, flame retardant materials, and thermal insulating materials, is located in the frame-like female mold having a bottom plate. Clearances are provided between the adjacent male mold bodies. A casting method is adopted when manufacturing the slabs.

摘要: A multiuser downlink multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system with limited channel information feedback includes an error-free channel vector quantization scheme. Each user has multiple antennas, and the base station includes a matching number of antennas. Each MIMO channel is measured at the terminus end of a corresponding user, and used to obtain the channel state information at the receiver (CSIR). A few data bits of CSIR information are feed back to the base station through the limited feedback channels. The base station collects all these CSIR feedback data bits into a CSI at the transmitter (CSIT). The CSIT is used to determine which users are served, and how to configure a corresponding multi-user precoder. The user data channels will later all be transmitted through such precoder. A codebook of channel quantization vectors is pre-defined and distributed amongst the base station and all the users.

摘要: A high-resolution biosensor for analysis of biomolecules is provided. The high-resolution biosensor comprises a functional unit comprising a conducting material with an atomic-scale thickness and a micro-nano fluidic system unit. The functional unit is capable of achieving a resolution required to detect a characteristic of individual biomolecule, and the micro-nano fluidic system unit is capable of controlling the movement and conformation of the biomolecule investigated. The functional unit comprises a first insulating layer, conducting functional layer, a second insulating layer, and a nanopore extending through the full thickness of the functional unit. The micro-nano fluidic system unit comprises a first electrophoresis electrode or micropump, a first fluidic reservoir, a second fluidic reservoir, a second electrophoresis electrode or micropump, and micro-nanometer separation channels. The nanopore connects to the micro-nanometer separation channels. Interactions between the biomolecule and conducting functional layer occur as the biomolecule translocates through the nanopore of the functional unit.
