Preferably, the present invention generates a request message from a heterogeneous network handover module to a medium access control (MAC) of the mobile terminal, wherein the heterogeneous network handover module is configured to provide convergence of information from at least one network interface module associated with one of a homogeneous and heterogeneous network into a unified presentation. An information request associated with heterogeneous networks is then transmitted to a serving network, wherein the information request comprises the request message from the heterogeneous network handover module. Afterward, an information response from the serving network configured to communicate with a network control and management system (NCMS) associated with the heterogeneous networks us received, wherein the information response is prepared in response to queried information obtained from the NCMS.

This method causes rare environmental pollution, enables to make barrier ribs having fine and complex shapes and reduces material costs required for the barrier rib. Thus, the method may improve quality of PDP and reduce manufacture costs of the rear plate.
