    摘要: The present invention relates to communicating heterogeneous network information for performing a handover to a network. Preferably, the present invention generates a request message from a heterogeneous network handover module to a medium access control (MAC) of the mobile terminal, wherein the heterogeneous network handover module is configured to provide convergence of information from at least one network interface module associated with one of a homogeneous and heterogeneous network into a unified presentation. An information request associated with heterogeneous networks is then transmitted to a serving network, wherein the information request comprises the request message from the heterogeneous network handover module. Afterward, an information response from the serving network configured to communicate with a network control and management system (NCMS) associated with the heterogeneous networks us received, wherein the information response is prepared in response to queried information obtained from the NCMS.

    摘要: The present invention relates to performing handover of a mobile terminal to a network. Preferably, the present invention generates a first heterogeneous protocol message from a heterogeneous network handover module to a medium access control (MAC) of the mobile terminal, wherein the heterogeneous network handover module is configured to provide convergence of information from at least one network interface module associated with one of a homogeneous and heterogeneous network into a unified presentation. A management request associated with a handover process is then transmitted to a serving network, wherein the management request comprises the first heterogeneous protocol message. Accordingly, messages can be remotely exchanged via a radio section between heterogeneous network handover modules of a mobile terminal and a serving network. Therefore, messages are transferred faster and media independent handover is performed more quickly.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing barrier ribs for a Plasma Display Panel (PDP), which includes the steps of forming a thick film (or, “green tape”) for barrier ribs on a glass or metal substrate by using composition for forming the barrier ribs, which contains water soluble components and solvent soluble components together a binder; forming a protective pattern film partially soluble or insoluble to the water based solution on the thick film; etching the thick film into a barrier rib shape by using solution or mixed solution containing ceramic powder as an etching accelerator, and sintering the etched thick film. This method causes rare environmental pollution, enables to make barrier ribs having fine and complex shapes and reduces material costs required for the barrier rib. Thus, the method may improve quality of DPD and reduce manufacture costs of the rear plate.
