    摘要: The present invention relates to mutant 1,3-propanediol dehydrogenase and a novel microorganism that is capable of growing in concentrations of at least 105 g/l 1,3-propanediol, levels normally toxic to wild-type microorganisms. The present invention also provides expression vectors and host cells comprising the mutant 1,3-propanediol dehydrogenase as well as methods for producing 1,3-propanediol comprising the use of cells comprising the mutant 1,3-propanediol dehydrogenase.
