    摘要: The invention relates to a self-energizing electromechanical friction brake includes a self-energizing device provided with, for example, a wedge mechanism. According to the invention, the friction brake is equipped with a linear drive, for example an electromagnet, for brake actuation. The self-energizing device converts a friction force exerted by a rotating brake body on a friction brake lining during braking actuated by the linear drive of an actuation device into a second contact pressure that presses the friction brake lining against the brake body in addition to the first contact pressure exerted by the actuation device. The self-energizing device provides a non-proportional characteristic magnetic force curve of the electromagnet of the linear drive.

    摘要: A self-boosting electromechanical friction brake, having a friction brake lining which is displaceable for actuation in the direction of rotation of a brake disk and which is braced via roller bodies on ramps of an abutment plate. When the brake is actuated, brake disk exerts a frictional force on the brake lining pressed against it, which urges the lining in the direction of an increasingly narrow gap between the ramps and the brake disk to exert a contact pressure that is in addition to that exerted by an actuation device to attain self-boosting. The roller bodies are supported fixedly and rotatably in bearing block on the brake lining whereby the roller bodies move in slaved fashion with the brake lining and always brace the brake lining at the same points.

    摘要: The invention relates to an electromechanical friction brake, for example in the form of a disc brake having an electromechanical actuation device. The electric motor of the actuation device presses a frictional brake lining against a brake disc by means of a reduction gearbox and a ball ramp mechanism. The actuation device is supported by a spring washer that is pretensioned so strongly that when the disc brake is released it acts on a segment with a falling spring characteristic; that is, a spring force exerted by the spring washer on the frictional brake lining increases with increasing tension of the disc brake.
