摘要: In accordance with the present invention, the electrophotographic toner is produced by dispersing and mixing toner components containing a fixing resin, a coloring agent and an electric charge controlling dye, and by melting and kneading the resulting mixture, which is then subjected to pulverizing and classifying. According to the present invention, fine powder generated at the pulverizing and classifying steps is reused as added to a mixture of toner components as already dispersed and mixed at the dispersing and mixing step, and the surface dye density of the electric charge controlling dye is in the range from 1.0.times.10.sup.-3 to 1.7.times.10.sup.-3 g/g, or the rate of the amount of an electric charge controlling dye present on the surfaces of toner particles to the total amount of the electric charge controlling dye, is in the range from 10 to 27% by weight. Even though repeatedly used for a long period of time, the electrophotographic toner does not lower the developer in electric charging characteristics. Further, by adding the fine powder to the mixture as already dispersed and mixed at the dispersing and mixing step, there can be efficiently produced a fine-powder regenerated toner excellent in transfer efficiency, resolution and gradation.

摘要: A surface inspection method for a steel sheet coated with a resin, includes irradiating the steel sheet with sheet-like light, which has been linearly polarized at a predetermined polarization angle, at an incidence angle different from Brewster's angle of the coating by a predetermined angle or greater; and imaging linearly-polarized light of a polarization angle of 0 degrees at an acceptance angle different from a regular reflection angle of incident light by a predetermined angle. Accordingly, it is not necessary to change the incidence angle and the acceptance angle depending on resin components and it is possible to inspect a substrate steel surface of the steel sheet highly accurately without observing abnormalities in the coating itself.

摘要: Provided are a tripod constant velocity joint, and a method and a device for assembling the joint. The opening of a through-hole formed in an inner member of the tripod constant velocity joint has formed therein a tapered, reduced diameter section having a diameter tapered from the opening toward the inside. A first annular groove is formed in the side wall of a driving power transmission shaft, and a clip serving as an engaging member is engaged with the first annular groove. A second annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the through-hole in the inner member. In inserting the driving power transmission shaft through the through-hole in the inner member, the tapered, reduced diameter section guides the shaft in such a manner that the clip is contracted toward the bottom surface of the first annular groove. The clip expands and contracts due to the elasticity thereof when the positions of the first annular groove and the second annular groove coincide with each other.

摘要: The invention relates to a battery connector equipped with an insulating housing. Contacts are attached to the housing and are soldered to a circuit board. Each of the contacts has a flat-plate-form base part and a pair of side wall parts that rise from both sides of the base part. A pair of contact arms extend, facing each other, from the side wall parts of the pair of side wall parts, and contact mating contacts. The bottom surface of the base part forms a soldering surface that is soldered to the circuit board. The invention increases the soldering strength of the contacts with respect to the circuit board so that separate reinforcing members are not required. The area occupied by the battery connector on the board is also reduced, and the balance of the soldering positions on the bottom surface of the connector is improved.
