摘要: A planetary bearing structure which does not require forcible oil supply of planetary bearing using slide bearing, and which can reliably supply oil to a sliding surface and lubricate the sliding surface with a simple structure. The planetary bearing structure including: a planetary pin (30) fixed to a carrier (21), and a planetary gear (40) having a slide bearing (50) mounted on an inner peripheral surface of a shaft hole (40a), in which the planetary pin (30) turnably supports the planetary gear (40) through the slide bearing (50), and both end surfaces (41L, 41R) of the planetary gear (40) form a pair of gaps (SL, SR) between opposed wall surfaces (21L, 21R) of the carrier (21) and rotate, wherein a pair of spiral grooves (42L, 42R) formed in one of the gear end surfaces (41, 41R) forming the pair of gaps (SL, SR) and the opposed wall surfaces (21L, 21R) and oppositely oriented at gaps (SL, SR), and the planetary bearing structure has such a lubricant oil passage that the gaps (SL, SR) take an oil bath in lubricant oil, lubricant oil introduced from the sucking side gap (SR) passes between the planetary pin (30) and the slide bearing (50) and is discharged from the other discharging side gap (SL).

摘要: An ink supplying mechanism includes a circulating system that connects an ink jet head having a nozzle, a pressure chamber opposed to the nozzle, and an upstream port and a downstream port that communicate with the pressure chamber, an upstream side tank that communicates with the ink jet head via the upstream port and is capable of storing an ink, a downstream side tank that communicates with the ink jet head via the downstream port and is capable of storing the ink, and a circulating pump that feeds the ink from the downstream side tank back to the upstream side tank. The ink supplying mechanism has a relief valve that is capable of opening and closing at least a liquid surface of the downstream side tank with respect to the atmospheric pressure, closes the relief valve to drive the circulating pump, sets the liquid surface of the downstream side tank to a negative pressure, and feeds the ink from the downstream side tank back to the upstream side tank via a feedback channel to circulate the ink.

The nozzle array has a first nozzle group arranged in the center thereof and second nozzle groups arranged further on outer sides than the first nozzle group. Provided are a bearing housing (13) for a turbocharger (1), a rotor shaft (16) passing through the bearing housing (13), a first floating bush bearing (17) interposed between the bearing housing (13) and the rotor shaft (16) and disposed on a compressor housing (12) side and comprising a first floating bush, and a second floating bush bearing (18) that has the same shape as the first floating bush bearing (17) and is disposed on a turbine housing (11) side and comprises a second floating bush (20). The inner bearing width (Li) of the first and second floating bushes is formed to be smaller than the outer bearing width (Lo) by the same proportion in both bushes.
