摘要: A manufacturing method for a sliding bearing including half members, obtained by splitting a cylinder in half in a direction parallel with an axial direction, arranged in an upper and lower direction, may include a first step including forming a narrow groove extending in the circumference direction on an axial direction end of one of the half members on a lower side, on a downstream side in a rotation direction, a second step including performing shot blasting on a surface of the narrow groove; and a third step including forming coating layers on a surface of the half member. The coating layers may be formed only on an upstream-side end and a downstream-side end as parts of the narrow groove.

The surface coating is formed by depositing individual particles of a composite metal powder with sufficient energy to cause the composite metal powder to bond with the substrate and form the surface coating. The composite metal powder includes a substantially homogeneous dispersion of molybdenum and molybdenum disulfide sub-particles that are fused together to form the individual particles of the composite metal powder.

摘要: The invention is related to a fluid dynamic bearing design, wherein inner wall of bearing or surface of shaft is made with inner grooves having self-lubricating functions to effect radial pressure waves according to stable bearing operating requirements as well as working and assembly methods. Embodiments of said inner grooves include seal, open and re-circulation types, wherein seal type inner grooves reduces overflow of lubricants, while open type rifling grooves and re-circulation type grooves allows for recirculation of lubricating fluid to promote rotational stability of the shaft.

摘要: A rolling bearing has an outer diameter surface of the outer ring which is a fitting surface with a housing and the inner diameter surface of the inner ring, which is a fitting surface with a shaft. The outer diameter surface of the outer ring or the inner diameter surface of the inner ring is coated with a bonded film containing an organic binder, a solid lubricant powder such as molybdenum disulfide powder, and a friction/wear modifier such as antimony oxide powder. According to the rolling bearing, a creep resistance is kept excellent without causing increase in cost and size and being deformed and softened.

摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided a slide member for a shock absorber of a vehicle including a back metal, a porous sintered metal layer containing a porous sintered metal formed on the back metal and a resin with which the porous sintered metal is impregnated and covered, and a resin slide layer formed on the porous sintered metal layer and having a smooth slide surface, and the slide member is formed in a cylindrical shape so that the resin slide layer is disposed on an inner peripheral side. The resin slide layer is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene and a plurality of granular elements dispersed in the polytetrafluoroethylene, and the granular element is composed of molybdenum disulfide and molybdenum trioxide, and/or tungsten disulfide and tungsten trioxide.
