    摘要: A variable displacement compressor driven by an engine, such as an engine for driving an automotive vehicle is used as a compressor, and the capacity of the compressor is controlled by a capacity control valve such that the differential pressure between discharge pressure and suction pressure of refrigerant becomes equal to a predetermined differential pressure determined by an external signal. Pressure substantially equal to pressure applied across the compressor is applied across the ejector, and therefore to control the differential pressure across the compressor is to control the differential pressure across the ejector. A differential pressure valve disposed between a gas-liquid separator and an evaporator is set to a differential pressure approximately proportional to the differential pressure across the ejector.

    摘要: To provide a low-cost expansion device which is capable of changing a passage cross-sectional area of a restriction passage according to the pressure and temperature of introduced refrigerant, without provision of a high-pressure hermetically sealed space. The expansion device comprises a differential pressure valve for having the valve lift thereof controlled according to the differential pressure across the expansion device, and a temperature-sensing section for further controlling the valve lift of the differential pressure valve according to the temperature of refrigerant. The differential pressure valve includes a piston that has a larger outer diameter than that of a valve element and is integrally formed with the valve element. The piston forms a pressure-adjusting chamber into which the inlet pressure of the refrigerant is introduced via a pressure passage, whereby when the inlet pressure of the refrigerant becomes high, the differential pressure valve is caused to operate in a valve opening direction. The temperature-sensing section is formed by filling a bellows that can axially expand and contract, with a wax having a large coefficient of volumetric expansion, whereby the differential pressure valve is caused to operate in a valve closing direction when the inlet temperature of the refrigerant becomes high.

    摘要: To provide a refrigerant relief device capable of operating reliably by a simple construction without causing leakage of refrigerant. A refrigerant-introducing chamber defined in a body that forms a joint for connection to piping of a refrigeration cycle, and an open-to-atmosphere chamber communicating with the atmosphere via openings are isolated by a metal thin film from each other, and the metal thin film is welded to the body to prevent leakage of refrigerant. The metal thin film receiving refrigerant pressure is held by a belleville spring. When the refrigerant pressure becomes higher than a set pressure, the belleville spring is inverted in shape to displace the metal thin film toward the open-to-atmosphere chamber. A piercing rod is disposed at a location where the metal thin film is displaced. The piercing rod breaks the metal thin film, and releases refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle into the atmosphere to thereby suddenly decrease the refrigerant pressure.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a solenoid control valve simple in construction and low in cost, realized by reducing the number of component parts, eliminating screw-joined portions, and minimizing the use of rubber O rings. A valve hole of a pilot valve, a hole of a bearing for supporting one end of a shaft of a solenoid, and a fitting hole in which is fitted one end of a sleeve, are formed along the same axis in a body. This makes it possible to accurately establish the concentricity of movable components of the solenoid when the sleeve is fitted in the fitting hole, and hence, a pilot valve element can be integrally formed with the shaft. Set values for a main valve and the pilot valve are adjusted by adjusting the amounts of insertions of a press-fit member and a bearing by press-fitting. At the same time, a space below a piston and an end of a hole through a core are closed by the press-fit members and the solenoid and the body are joined to each other by caulking a yoke to thereby eliminate screw portions, and minimize rubber sealed portions.

A core, a plunger, and a spring of a solenoid are accommodated in a bottomed sleeve. A diaphragm is welded to an open end of the bottomed sleeve under a vacuum ambience, whereby an assembly that makes the inside a vacuum is formed. As a result, suction pressure Ps can be sensed as an absolute pressure with reference to a vacuum. The movable parts of the solenoid are housed in the vacuum container, so that they are free from the influence of metal dust contained in refrigerant circulating through a refrigeration cycle.

A diaphragm is welded to an open end of the bottomed sleeve under vacuum atmosphere, whereby an assembly having a vacuum inside is formed. As a result, suction pressure Ps can be sensed as an absolute pressure with reference to a vacuum. The magnetic gap between the first plunger and the core is adjusted by the amount of press-fitting of the core into the bottomed sleeve, and the adjustment of load of the spring incorporated into the bottomed sleeve is made by deforming the bottom of the bottomed sleeve such that it is dented inward.

    摘要: It is an object to provide a method of adjusting a pressure sensor, in which adjustment of a diaphragm portion and adjustment of an amplification circuit connected to the diaphragm portion are simplified. A flexible circuit board having the amplification circuit mounted thereon is connected to a diaphragm member having the diaphragm portion formed with gauge resistances, and offset, span and temperature-compensating adjustment resistances, and adjustment of the adjustment resistances formed on the diaphragm member is performed in this state. The adjustment on the side of the diaphragm member including the amplification circuit accommodates adjustment deviation on the amplification circuit, and hence adjustment of the whole pressure sensor can be achieved by a single adjustment process. The adjustment process thus simplified can reduce manufacturing costs.
