Abstract: An access point sends a first frame. The first frame carries a TXOP handover enforcement THE indication field which is a first value or a second value. The first value instructs a station that has accessed a channel to hand over a held TXOP to the access point, and the second value instructs the station that has accessed the channel to hand over the held TXOP to the access point when a handover condition is satisfied. It can be learned that the STA hands over the held TXOP to the AP. Therefore, the AP may be a TXOP holder through the TXOP handover even if the AP fails to obtain the channel through contention, so that a probability of holding the TXOP by the AP is improved, a probability of scheduling a STA by the AP is improved, and system resource utilization is improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: generating, by the primary access point, spatial reuse transmission signaling, the spatial reuse transmission signaling is used to indicate a reuse transmission device of the spatial reuse link to perform data transmission based on the spatial reuse link according to the spatial reuse transmission signaling; sending, by the primary access point, the spatial reuse transmission signaling. According to the data transmission method and apparatus in embodiments of the present invention, mutual interference between the primary link and the spatial reuse link during data transmission can be reduced, and transmission quality can be improved.

Abstract: This application discloses a wireless communication method, including: receiving, by a network device, uplink transmission of a first terminal in first duration of channel occupancy duration of the first terminal, where the channel occupancy duration of the first terminal further includes second duration, and the second duration is later than the first duration; and performing, by the network device, downlink transmission in the second duration, where a sum of the first duration and the second duration is less than or equal to the channel occupancy duration of the first terminal. This application further discloses a network device and a terminal that correspond to the wireless communication method. By applying the method and devices, a resource obtained through contention by a terminal applied to an unlicensed frequency band can be properly used, to improve operating efficiency of the unlicensed frequency band.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a contention window management method applied to an unlicensed band, including: sending, by a sending device, one or more data packets to one or more receiving devices in one reference time unit or a plurality of reference time units, where the one or more data packets occupy a first bandwidth; receiving, by the sending device from the one or more receiving devices, a hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ or HARQs for the one or more data packets; and determining, by the sending device, a contention window CW size of a second bandwidth with reference to the HARQ or HARQs for the one or more data packets. According to the method provided in this application, contention window CW update can be determined based on a HARQ feedback for a data packet, to improve communication efficiency.
