摘要: A random access resource allocation method and an apparatus are provided, to increase a handover success rate of a terminal device. The random access resource allocation method includes: receiving, by a target network device, a cell handover request that is sent by a source network device and that is used to request to hand over a terminal device from the source network device to the target network device, where the cell handover request includes mobility state information of the terminal device and a measurement report of the terminal device; and allocating, by the target network device, a random access resource to the terminal device based on the mobility state information and a measurement result in the measurement report.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a grant-free resource allocation method, used by user equipment to perform grant-free communication based on a first UE ID corresponding to a first cell, without initiating a resource reconfiguration request to a second network device for resource reconfiguration. Therefore, signaling overheads and a communication latency are reduced. The method in the embodiments of this application includes: when user equipment moves from a first cell to a second cell, obtaining, by the user equipment, an ID that is of a second grant-free resource area to which the second cell belongs and is broadcast by a second network device; and if the ID of the second grant-free resource area is the same as a preobtained ID of a first grant-free resource area to which the first cell belongs, performing, by the user equipment, grant-free communication based on a first UE ID corresponding to the first cell.

The method comprises obtaining an optimal number of sub-carriers occupied by each user equipment, an optimal number of radio frequency links enabled by a base station and an optimal transmitting power of the base station by optimizing the number of the sub-carriers occupied by each user equipment, the number of the radio frequency links enabled by the base station and the transmitting power of the base station with an optimization condition that throughput of each user equipment is not smaller than a throughput threshold and an optimization goal of minimizing total power consumption of the base station; and determining the total power consumption of the base station according to the optimal number of the sub-carriers occupied by each user equipment, the optimal number of the radio frequency links enabled by the base station.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for transmitting data in a multiple-antenna system, which are applied in a transmit diversity mode. The method includes: in a data transmission period, determining, according to transmission quality of the system, the number of antennas to be turned off and turning-off time; and in the turning-off time, turning off the determined number of antennas, turning on remaining antennas other than the antennas that are turned off, and transmitting, through the remaining antennas, the data to be transmitted; and during the remaining time of the data transmission period excluding the turning-off time, turning on all antennas and transmitting, through all the antennas, the data to be transmitted. According to the embodiments of the present invention, power consumption may be decreased while at the same time dynamic transmission performance of the system is considered, decreasing implementation complexity.
