Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the communications field, and provide a method for predetermining a resource in random access, user equipment, and a base station, so that a process of random access can be simplified, and reliability of information transmission in the process of random access can be improved. The method is: an implicit manner is used to indicate some or all of identifiers of a random access preamble index; so that a message in a procedure of random access is simplified, and at the same time resources used for transmitting an RAR reply message, transmitting a contention resolution message, retransmitting an RAR reply message, and retransmitting a contention resolution message are configured by using signaling or preset by a system. The embodiments of the present disclosure are used for a process of random access.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a signal transmission method, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: determining a feature parameter of UE; and according to the feature parameter of the UE and a preset correspondence, determining a coverage enhancement technology used to transmit a first signal, and/or determining a second signal that the UE supports transmitting, and/or determining a function, supported by the UE, of a third signal. The present invention can optimize resource utilization of a system, decrease processing complexity, and reduce power consumption.

Embodiments of the present invention, relating to the field of communications technologies, provide a communication method and device used for a time division duplex system. The communication method includes: adjusting a first uplink-downlink subframe configuration to a second uplink-downlink subframe configuration, where there is an intersection between subframes corresponding to the second uplink-downlink subframe configuration and subframes corresponding to the first uplink-downlink subframe configuration, where the intersection is a set of subframes having a same subframe index and a same subframe type, and the intersection includes at least one uplink subframe and at least one downlink subframe; and communicating, by the user equipment, according to a timing relationship same as a timing relationship corresponding to the first uplink-downlink subframe configuration, with the base station in the at least one uplink subframe and the at least one downlink subframe comprised in the intersection.

Embodiments provide an information transmission method, a base station, user equipment, and a system, which relate to the field of information transmission. The method includes: determining a characteristic parameter of user equipment; determining, according to a correspondence between a characteristic parameter and a resource configuration, a resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment, and using the resource configuration corresponding to the characteristic parameter of the user equipment as a first resource configuration, where the first resource configuration includes one or more types of the following sub-configurations: a spreading resource configuration, a random access preamble format configuration, a narrowband resource configuration, and a frequency hopping pattern configuration; and determining a resource according to the first resource configuration, and performing information transmission with the user equipment by using the resource. In this way, unnecessary resource use and power expenditure are avoided, thereby economizing on resources.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a trigger method and related apparatus. The embodiments of the present invention include: determining time-frequency resource configuration information of a physical trigger channel PTCH; detecting one PTCH on a time-frequency resource occupied by the one PTCH indicated by the time-frequency resource configuration information of the PTCH; determining whether triggering exists according to a PTCH detection result, where the triggering is used to indicate that first information needs to be transmitted in a first information subframe or a first information opportunity associated with the PTCH; and transmitting the first information in the first information subframe or the first information opportunity associated with the PTCH if it is determined that the triggering exists.

The present invention relates to an interference control method and device. The interference control method includes: performing neighboring cell measurement, and selecting at least one neighboring cell whose signal transmission strength is larger than signal transmission strength of a serving cell from measured neighboring cells as an interfering cell; parsing a physical broadcast channel PBCH of the interfering cell to obtain the number of antenna ports of the interfering cell; obtaining a cell reference signaling CRS location of the interfering cell according to a physical cell identifier PCI and the number of antenna ports of the interfering cell; and performing interference control according to information of the CRS location.
