    Abstract: Methods, computer readable media, and wireless apparatuses are disclosed for setting network allocation vectors (NAV) for multi-user (MU) operation. An apparatus of a wireless device is disclosed. The apparatus comprising processing circuitry configured to: decode a preamble portion of a frame, and if the preamble portion of the frame comprises a high-efficiency (HE) signal (SIG) A field (HE-SIG-A) comprising a transmission opportunity (TXOP) duration field and a media access control (MAC) portion of the frame is not decoded, set one or more NAVs based on the TXOP duration field. The processing circuitry may be further configured to: decode a MAC portion of the frame, and if the MAC portion of the frame comprises a MAC duration field, set the one or more NAVs based on the MAC duration field.

    Abstract: A wireless communication device includes a memory, and a processing circuitry coupled to the memory. The processing circuitry is to process a wake-up radio (WUR) frame transmitted by an Access Point (AP), the WUR frame comprising a medium access control (MAC) header and a frame body, the MAC header comprising a Frame Control field, an Address field, and a Type Dependent (TD) Control field, wherein the Frame Control field comprises a Type field; determine, based on a value of the Type field, that the WUR frame is a WUR Discovery frame; determine an identifier (ID) of the AP from the WUR Discovery frame; and in response to a determination that the WUR frame is a WUR Discovery frame, cause a Primary Connectivity Radio (PCR) corresponding to the wireless communication device to communicate with the AP based on the WUR Discovery frame.

    Abstract: A device, a system, and a method. The device is configured to be part of a first wireless apparatus, and comprises a memory, and processing circuitry coupled to the memory and including logic to cause the first wireless apparatus to: perform a WUR Mode setup frame exchange with a Primary Connectivity Radio (PCR) of a second wireless apparatus; establish a Wake-Up Radio (WUR) Mode operation with the second wireless apparatus based on the frame exchange; transmit a Wake-Up Radio (WUR) Teardown Frame to the PCR of the second wireless apparatus, the WUR Mode Teardown frame including information to cause a teardown of the WUR Mode operation with the second wireless apparatus; and process an acknowledgment message (ACK) from the second wireless apparatus to tear down the WUR Mode operation with the second wireless apparatus.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for tone plans and preambles for extremely high throughput (EHT) in a wireless network are disclosed. An apparatus of an EHT access point (AP) or EHT station (STA), where the apparatus includes processing circuitry configured to: encode a physical layer (PHY) protocol data unit (PPDU), the PPDU including a EHT preamble, the EHT preamble including a legacy preamble portion and a EHT preamble portion, the legacy preamble including a legacy short training field (L-SFT), a legacy long-training field (L-LTF), and a legacy signal field (L-SIG), the EHT preamble portion comprising an EHT short signal field (EHT S-SIG), the EHT S-SIG including a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) subfield indicating a MCS of a subsequent data portion. The PPDU may be transmitted on a distributed or contiguous resource unit (RU) allocation. The RU may be configured to not straddle two physical 20 MHz subchannels.

    Abstract: Some demonstrative embodiments include devices, systems and/or methods of simultaneously communicating with a group of wireless communication devices. For example, a device may include a wireless communication unit to communicate with at least one group of a plurality of wireless communication devices over a wireless communication medium, wherein the wireless communication unit is to reserve the wireless communication medium for a time period, during which the wireless communication unit is to simultaneously transmit two or more different wireless communication transmissions to two or more wireless communication devices of the group, respectively.
