    摘要: A process for producing thin absorbent planar structures which may be used in hygiene products such as diapers, incontinence products, wound contact materials or sanitary napkins to absorb body fluids, comprises the steps of: A) producing a mixture of an adhesive in dispersion form and a particulate absorbent by fluidizing the components, B) applying the mixture of adhesive and absorbent uniformly to the surface of one side of a first planar backing material, C) one side of a second planar backing material is applied to the mixture of adhesive and absorbent that is present on the surface of one side of the first planar backing material, so producing a sandwichlike intermediate, and D) the sandwichlike intermediate is processed to the end product at a temperature of at least 90° C., a pressure of from 4 to 50 bar, and a pressing time of from 0.5 to 5 min.

    摘要: A locking-mechanism control means having a push rod which controls the adjustment of door-mounted catches, it being possible for the catches to be locked in relation to the door frame, having a first and a second adjustable blocking device arranged in the door. It is further possible for said blocking devices to be adjusted in dependence on the door movement, and one of the blocking devices arresting the push rod in the open position when the door is open. A driver is provided on the push rod and can be coupled to a rod which executes a movement corresponding to the push rod in order for an arresting unit, which engages with the door in the closed state of the latter, to be displaced out of engagement with the door in the open position of the latter.

    摘要: A polymer based on a dicarboxylic acid and a diamine is prepared by polycondensation in an extruder, by (a) heating a mixture of a dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms and a diamine having from 4 to 12 carbon atoms, which mixture is solid at room temperature and has a residual moisture content of less than 5% by weight, to a temperature in the range from 150 to 400° C. under autogenous pressure in a contrarotating twin-screw extruder to give a product A, (b) feeding the product A to a corotating twin-screw extruder, with the product A being exposed to a temperature in the range from 150 to 400° C. and residual water present and also water from the polycondensation being removed through the degassing openings, to give a product B, with the proviso that the corotating twin-screw extruder has at least two segments having different pressures.

    摘要: A process for the continuous coagulation of aqueous dispersions of graft rubbers suitable for toughening thermoplastics is described. In the process, dispersions are transported through an apparatus having at least one shear element with a slotted stator and a rotating of the rotor within the stator, so that said dispersions are passed radially from the inside to the outside as a result of the rotation of the rotor in the shear element and, during or after passage through the slots of the rotor and stator, are subjected to such strong shearing that they coagulate, resulting in graft rubber coagulums which can be readily worked up even at a solids content of more than 50% by weight of elastomers.
