Abstract: A display device includes a plurality of first pixels and a plurality of second pixels. Each of the plurality of first pixels includes a first LED chip including a first anode and a first cathode, a second LED chip including a second anode and a second cathode, and a first transistor. One of source and drain electrodes of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first power supply voltage line. The other of the source and drain electrodes is electrically connected to the first anode and the second cathode. The first cathode and the second anode are electrically connected to a second power supply voltage line. A first potential of the first power supply voltage line is different to a second potential of the second power supply voltage line.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a lateral-electric-field liquid crystal display device includes a light-emitting display layer including OLEDs and a driving circuit controlling light emission of the OLEDs, a moisture impermeable film provided to be laminated on the light-emitting display layer to prevent infiltration of moisture into the light-emitting display layer, an optical substrate provided separately from the moisture impermeable film and subjecting light from the light-emitting display region to optical processing, a first touch electrode group serving as one electrode group of touch electrodes and provided on a back surface of the optical substrate, and an extraction electrode group formed to be laminated on the moisture impermeable film, the extraction electrode group and the optical substrate have an overlapping part in plan view, and electrodes of the first touch electrode group being electrically connected to electrodes of the extraction electrode group in the overlapping part.

Abstract: According to an aspect, a display device includes: a first light-transmitting substrate; a second light-transmitting substrate; a liquid crystal layer that is disposed between the first and second light-transmitting substrates; scan lines that are provided to the first light-transmitting substrate and extend along a first direction; signal lines that extend in a second direction; a switching element; a pixel electrode provided in an area surrounded by the scan lines and the signal lines; an undercoat film provided so as to cover a principal surface of the first light-transmitting substrate; and a gate insulating film between a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer of the switching element. The gate insulating film has a first opening in an area overlapping the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode is directly stacked on the undercoat film in the area overlapping the first opening.
