摘要： A leak detector sleeve allows performing leak detection at a flanged joint. The leak detector sleeve is made of elastomeric material that allows achieving a gas-tight seal when the leak detector sleeve encircles a flanged joint. The leak detector sleeve includes a hole that communicates with a gap in the flanged joint, thereby allowing the tip of a sniffer probe to be placed in or near the hole to detect whether the flanged joint is leaking. The leak detector sleeve is made of material that will withstand the operating temperature of the flanged joint without becoming hardened or brittle. A method for detecting a leak using the leak detector sleeve allows for efficiently and conveniently detecting leaks. In addition, the sleeve may be easily used and reused without the adverse effects or intensive manual labor required in the prior art.

摘要： Provided is a method for the standardization of information management among different information sources and different information formats. With respect to information sources that employ different information storage formats, an organizational proxy, or “shadow,” of the organization structure of the first information source is created in the second information source and a shadow of the second information source is created in the first information source. Information stored in conjunction with the first information source is copied into the shadow within the second information source. The information in the first source is then either maintained or a link to corresponding information in the second information source is created within the first information source and the first information is deleted. The claimed subject matter provides a graphical user interface (GUI) so that a user can copy information from one information source to another by executing a “drag & drop” action.

A retaining pin (40) having a flat bottom surface (56) and a semi-spherical bottom portion (58) is urged against the domed inner surface (54) by a compression spring (42). A spring cup (44) transmits forces between the compression spring (42) and the flat bottom surface (56) of the retaining pin (40). A tool receiving device receives a tool for operating a holding mechanism (34) for securing the spring pin assembly (32) in the recess (30) such that the spring pin assembly (32) is removable from the top surface (28) of the table (26).

摘要： A training aid for developing a golfer's swing which comprises a swing assembly having reference markings disposed thereon which define a desired swing path for a golf club relative to the reference markings. The training aid further comprises a light source which continually casts at least a portion of a golfer's shadow and a shadow of the golf club onto the swing assembly in general relation to the markings allowing the golfer to readily visualize and compare his/her swing path with an "ideal" swing path during a golfer's swing. The invention also includes a method of training a golfer's swing, comprising the steps of: 1) providing a swing assembly having reference markings disposed thereon which define a desired swing path for the golf club relative to the markings; 2) positioning a golfer with the golf club proximate the swing assembly; and 3) projecting a light from a light source at the golfer and the golf club both prior to and during a golfer's swing such that at least a portion of the golfer's shadow and the shadow of the golf club are cast onto the swing assembly in general relation to the markings.
