Abstract: The sealing of an inserting hole portion of a casing base portion side is performed by an elastic sealing member. Abstract: A lock arm is rotatably provided on a base bracket. A ratchet is rotatably disposed on a shaft member provided at an end portion of the lock arm. A distal-end claw portion of the ratchet is shaped to be engageable with reverse motion preventing teeth formed on the base bracket. A stopper wall is provided on a proximal end portion of the lock arm. Abstract: A clamp structure having a metal band body is mountable on a surface to be clamped. Small projections rising substantially vertically are formed on an inner lap portion of the metal band body. Receiving holes having an edge portion engageable with the projections are formed in an outer lap portion of the metal band body.
