An image sensing device and a packaging method thereof is disclosed. The packaging method includes the steps of providing an adhesive layer; placing a substrate, having an opening, on the adhesive layer; disposing an image sensor within the opening on the adhesive layer; adding a filler between the image sensor and the substrate; connecting the image sensor and the substrate via a plurality of bonding wires; and removing the adhesive layer.
Abstract:
A generator disposed in an electronic device (such as a communication device) capable of vibrating is provided. The generator includes a vibrating motor, an actuating device and a weighting device. The electronic device can be vibrated or temporarily charged by the vibrating motor. The vibrating motor is driven by the actuating device to generate electricity. When the generator is in a first state, the vibrating motor can be driven for generating electricity by the actuating device through the weighting device. When the generator is in a second state, the electronic device is capable of vibrating through the vibrating motor.
Abstract:
A flexible flat cable and a disk drive using the same are provided. The flexible flat cable is configured to suppress an electromagnetic interference (EMI) generated by a signal transmitted by it. The flexible flat cable includes a main body and a metal layer. The metal layer is disposed on the main body along the direction the signal is transmitted. The width of the metal layer along the direction, perpendicular to the direction the signal being transmitted, is smaller than the width of the main body.

A display. The display includes a base and a panel. The base has a first connector, the panel has a second connector, and the panel and base are detachably connected along a vertical axis. The panel faces either a first or a second direction with respect to a horizontal axis on the base. When the panel is connected to the base and faced to the first direction, the first connector is electrically connected to the second connector.

An optical disk device at least includes a housing, an optical pickup head, a circuit board, and a heat roof. The housing has a ventilating hole. The optical pickup head is disposed in the optical disk device for reading/writing the data on the disk. The circuit board is disposed in the housing. The heat roof is used for separating at least part of the circuit board from the optical pickup head. The heat roof includes a chamber in communication with the ventilating hole. The heat generated from at least part of the circuit board is within the chamber and then diffused to the outside of the optical disk device through the ventilating hole.

An optical disc drive comprising a chassis, a tray, an optical pickup, a housing and an airflow guiding means is provided. The tray is movably disposed on the chassis, for carrying a disc into and out of the optical disc drive. The optical pickup reads data on the disc covering parts of the aperture through the aperture. The housing covers the chassis. The airflow guiding means has several passages. The airflow guiding means is disposed in the optical disc drive and relatively to the aperture of the tray, for diverting airflow around the rotating disc.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for accessing data on a disc. When the apparatus accesses the data on the disc, a portion of the disc is exposed. The apparatus includes an upper cover and a base. The upper cover contains a first protection element. The base contains a second protection element. When the apparatus is in use, the first and second protection elements prevent the disc from being touched.

A converting module for converting a first analog voltage into a digital output value includes a comparator for comparing the first analog voltage with a threshold voltage and generating a comparison result, the threshold voltage corresponding to a first group of digits containing at least one digit. A subtracting circuit generates a second analog voltage by subtracting the threshold voltage from the first analog voltage if the comparison result indicates that the first analog voltage is greater than or equal to the threshold voltage. Ananalog-to-digital converter converts the second analog voltage into a second group of digits and concatenates the first group of digits and the second group of digits to form the digital output value.
Abstract:
A trigger mechanism is provided for triggering an eject device of an electronic equipment with a front panel door. The eject device ejects a tray device, movably seated within the space of the electronic equipment, out of the electronic equipment when triggered. The trigger mechanism cooperates with the front panel door to trigger the eject device. The trigger mechanism works to trigger the eject device when a predetermined displacement of the front panel door form a normally closed position takes place. According to the invention, user can eject the tray device of the electronic equipment only by pressing the front panel door of the electronic equipment such that mistaken pressing of another functional button set on the front panel of the electronic equipment and possible cut of user's hand can be prevented. The trigger mechanism is composed of several simply mechanical components replacing a conventional trigger mechanism via a button such that manufacture cost of the electronic equipment can be reduced.

A disk player of simplified heat-dissipating structure includes a housing, a platform and fan blades. The housing has a supporting portion. The fan blades are laid on the supporting portion of the housing. The platform is movably and rotatably provided in the housing. In operation, the platform is moved to elevate the fan blades from the supporting portion and then rotated to drive the fan blades to also rotate.
