摘要： Noise is caused in a piston type compressor having a valve assembly including reed valves (13F, 14F) and a valve plate (10F) when the reed valves close and strike against the valve plate. The present invention provides a piston type compressor having a valve assembly including an elastic member (21F) and a thin valve sheet (20F) between the valve plate (10F) and the reed valves (14F), so that a shock caused by the reed valves striking the valve plate is absorbed, and the elastic member is protected by the thin valve sheet from damage usually caused by the striking thereof by the reed valves.

摘要： A variable delivery compressor containing a plurality of compression chambers and reciprocatory compression pistons is adapted for use in an air-conditioning circuit of a vehicle. The compressor has a suction chamber communicating with the compression chambers by way of a plurality of suction valves, some of which are capable of being deformed by a valve pressing mechanism from a first position, where the refrigerant is compressed, to a second position where the compression of the refrigerant is partially ineffective. The valve pressing mechanism contains an axially movable spool actuated by an actuating unit controlled by a cooling-load responsive control unit.

The guide portion is constituted by a lower sash provided in the main body of the door. The contact members, provided on at least one side of the opposing portions, are elastic. The contact members are claw-shaped, in approximately the form of a C-shaped cross-section, and only one end of the C-shaped cross section of each of the claw-shaped members is fixed to the lower sash. Further, the contact members may be removably fixed by mounting the contact members in mounting portions of the lower sash.

With the discharge valve apparatus, the lead valve can be inhibited from adhering on the retainer through the lubricant contained in the refrigerant, and accordingly the volumetric efficiency deterioration, resulting from the retardation of the lead valve in the returning, can be inhibited. In addition, instead of the inclining surface of the retainer, the discharge valve apparatus may include a contact projection disposed either on a surface of the retainer facing the lead valve or on a surface of the lead valve facing the retainer.

The compressor according to the invention has a displacement control valve which is operable in response to the evaporator pressure so as to restrict the drop thereof by throttling the refrigerant gas flowing through a control port disposed between the evaporator and suction chamber.
