摘要： A sealing structure for sealing between a door opening portion of a vehicle body, and a periphery of a vehicle door, includes a channel which is formed in an inside surface of a doorframe along a periphery thereof, and a projection which is composed of a rubber elastic body and is provided in the door opening portion of the vehicle body so as to face the channel. When the vehicle door is closed, the projection enters the channel to provide a seal between the vehicle body and vehicle door. The channel may be provided in the vehicle body while the projection may be provided in the vehicle door. The channel may be formed with a rubber elastic body.

摘要： A window guide assembly for an automobile window includes at least one guide portion provided in the main body of an automobile door for guiding movement of the window, and also includes a plurality of contact members provided on opposing portions of the guide portion. The contact members are arranged to oppose the window so that the contact members slidably contact the inner and outer surfaces of the side edge of the window. The guide portion is constituted by a lower sash provided in the main body of the door. The contact members, provided on at least one side of the opposing portions, are elastic. The contact members are claw-shaped, in approximately the form of a C-shaped cross-section, and only one end of the C-shaped cross section of each of the claw-shaped members is fixed to the lower sash. Further, the contact members may be removably fixed by mounting the contact members in mounting portions of the lower sash.

摘要： A sealing structure for forming a seal between a weather strip attached to a door opening portion of a vehicle body, and a periphery of a vehicle door. The weather strip includes a base portion having a generally U-shaped cross-section for attachment to the door opening portion, and a tubular seal portion which expands from an outer side wall of the base portion. A projection is formed in the weather strip so as to project from the outer side wall of the base portion into an interior of the tubular seal portion so as to be spaced from an inner surface of a projecting top of a sealing wall of the tubular seal portion. When the vehicle door is closed, an inside surface of a periphery of a door panel contacts and presses the projecting top of the sealing wall, which faces the projecting end of the projection, while an inside surface of a door frame contacts and presses a side part of the sealing wall apart from the projecting top of the sealing wall.

摘要： A door frame structure of a vehicle, of which a door frame is covered with a frame molding. The door frame has a flat peripheral wall extending around a window opening of a vehicle door and a protrusion protruding from an inside end of the flat peripheral wall. The frame molding is composed of a synthetic resin or TPO and is attached to an outside end of the peripheral wall of the door frame. A pair of shelf projections are integrally formed on an inside surface of the frame molding from about a widthwise center thereof so as to be spaced from each other. By press-inserting the flat peripheral wall of the door frame between the shelf projections of the frame molding, the frame molding is secured to the door frame. A glass run having seal lips for sealing a door glass is fitted in a channel having a U-shaped cross-section, which is defined by the protrusion and the flat peripheral wall of the door frame, and an inner half part of the frame molding, which protrudes into the window opening inwardly of the outside end of the flat peripheral wall of the door frame.

摘要： A sealing member to be attached along a periphery of a door with a continuous good sealing performance against a facing opening portion even in a corner of the periphery of the door. A bar-shaped magnet is provided in a tubular seal portion of the sealing member so as to extend in a longitudinal direction thereof in close contact with an inside surface of a contacting part of a seal wall, which contacts the facing opening portion. The bar-shaped magnet has a cross-sectional shape of which the width gradually decreases from the side of the contacting part of the seal wall inwardly of the tubular seal portion, thereby reducing the cross-sectional area of the magnet, and enabling the magnet to be readily bent along a corner of the periphery of the door. And the bar-shaped magnet has an outwardly curving contacting surface, which contacts the contacting part of the seal wall, thereby improving contacting properties between the sealing member and a corner of the opening portion.

At this time, the polyamide composition contains, based on the total weight of the polyamide 6,10, the glass fiber, the copper and the nucleating agent, (a) 48.9 to 79.988 percent by weight of the polyamide 6,10, (b) 20 to 50 percent by weight of the glass fiber, (c) 0.002 to 0.1 percent by weight of the copper, and (d) 0.01 to 1.5 percent by weight of the nucleating agent, and the result of measuring half-crystallization time of the polyamide composition is 5 minutes or less. In addition, the polyamide 6,10 used has a relative viscosity, as measured in 98 percent sulfuric acid, of 2.3 to 2.9.

The weather strip includes a trim portion having a generally U-shaped cross-section and a tubular seal portion. The tubular seal portion includes a first outer seal wall, a second outer seal wall, a first inner seal wall, a second inner seal wall, an outer flexing part and an inner flexing part. The thickness of the tubular seal portion decreases in the order of joint areas of the first outer seal wall and the first inner seal wall to the trim portion, the second outer seal wall and the second inner seal wall, and the outer flexing part and the inner flexing part.

摘要： A door weather strip capable of surely closing a gap between a door of a motor vehicle and a door opening portion of a vehicle body while exhibiting excellent sealing properties with good appearance. The door weather strip includes a base portion for attachment to an outer periphery of the door, and a seal portion which is integrally formed with the base portion for contacting the door opening portion. The seal portion includes a main seal and a sub-seal which is provided on an outer side of the main seal. The sub-seal has a protrusion which protrudes from the base portion towards the door opening portion, and a tubular part having a generally triangular cross-section. One corner of the tubular part is integrally joined to the protrusion such that one wall which faces the one corner is located between the door and the door opening portion.

摘要： There is provided a weather strip in which a mounting base portion of the weather strip includes a portion formed into a substantially L-shape in cross section which has at least a bottom wall and an exterior side wall. A pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape is securely affixed to an internal surface of the exterior side wall. A stretch and contraction prevention portion is formed on the exterior side wall in a position which lies more centrally in a width direction of the exterior side wall than a connecting portion where the exterior side wall and the bottom wall are connected together. When the mounting base portion is curved in the width direction, a neutral plane of the curve is made to reside within the stretch and contraction prevention portion.
