摘要： An optical transmitter includes a laser diode module including a laser diode which outputs a light signal to a transmission line, a driving unit which drives the laser diode in accordance with an input signal indicative of data to be transmitted, and a coupling unit for connecting an output of the driving unit to an input of the laser diode module. The coupling unit allows an alternating current to flow through the laser diode and inhibits the output of the driving unit from being subjected to a direct current from the laser diode module.

The imaging unit includes a sensor configured to capture an image to provide a video signal, a superimposition module configured to superimpose, on serial data, the video signal, the synchronization signal, and the clock signal, the serial data serving to reproduce the image captured by the sensor, and a transmitter configured to transmit the serial data to the control unit. The control unit includes a receiver configured to receive the serial data and a separation module configured to separate the serial data received by the receiver, into the video signal, the synchronization signal, and the clock signal.

The method comprises outputting, by the camera control unit, serial data containing information for specifying a predetermined control target device of a plurality of control target devices to be controlled, where the plurality of control target devices are implemented within the camera head. The method further comprises identifying, by the camera head, the predetermined control target device specified by the serial data received, and supplying the predetermined control target device with an active select signal.

摘要： Polyarylene sulfide (PAS) is disclosed, of which extract with methylene chloride is in an amount of not more than 0.7% by weight, a melt viscosity V.sub.6 is 20 to 15,000 poises and a content of --SX groups is at least 15 micro moles/g, wherein X represents an alkali metal or a hydrogen atom. The PAS is prepared as follows: an alkali metal sulfide is reacted with a dihaloaromatic compound in an organic amide solvent, while a part of a gaseous phase in a reactor is condensed by cooling a gaseous phase part of the reactor to return the condensed liquid to a liquid phase; and the polyarylene sulfide thus prepared is washed with an organic solvent and then with water. The present invention also provides a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of (A) the aforesaid PAS and 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of (B) at least a silane compound selected from the group consisting of methacryloxysilane compounds, ureidosilane compounds and epoxy silane compounds.

摘要： An ethylene graft copolymer is disclosed, which is obtained by radical polymerizing a monomer composition comprising (A) from 50 to 99.95% by weight of ethylene, (B) from 0.05 to 50% by weight of a macromonomer having a number average molecular weight of from 2,000 to 20,000 and having a (meth)acryloyl group only at one terminal of the molecular chain thereof, and (C) 0 to 49.95% by weight of other radical polymerizable monomer(s). The ethylene graft copolymer is a modifier for improving impact resistance of engineering plastics or a compatibilizer for engineering plastics to provide a molding resin composition excellent in impact resistance and oil resistance. The ethylene graft copolymer is also useful as a hot-melt adhesive or a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
