摘要: The vehicle operation control apparatus multiplies the variable gain G controlled based on the vehicle velocity V, the steering angle &thgr;h, the steering angle velocity &ohgr;h and the actual steering angle &thgr;T with the steering angle &thgr;h, and controls the actual steering angle &thgr;T of the driven wheels on a result of this multiplication. Consequently, the additional turning time gear ratio Ga1 or the turning-back gear ratio Ga2, set up individually, can be selected depending on the turning direction of the steering wheel. Therefore, the steering feeling both at the time of additional turning and turning-back can be improved.

摘要: A shock absorbing unit includes a fixation plate superposed and detachably fixed on the outer surface of an internal component. An erect plate continuously extends from the fixation plate so as to stand on the outer surface of the internal component. A pair of elastic leaves are superposed and adhered on front and back sides of the erect plate. The elastic leaves serve to absorb an impact or vibration. The internal component can be protected or separated from the impact or vibration. Moreover, the shock absorbing unit can be attached to or detached from the internal component as a whole in a relatively facilitated manner. When the elastic leaves are to be replaced with new ones, the shock absorbing unit as a whole may be replaced with a new one without unsticking the elastic leaves from the erect plate.

摘要: An optical filter and a lighting device using the same wherein the suppression of the melatonin secretion by the reception of light in the nighttime is prevented and the color of light is maintained. The optical filter has a mean transmissivity of a light beam in a wavelength range of about 480˜550 nm is about 30% or less. The optical filter is formed by at least molding a transparent resin and a resin composition material containing an orange color series florescent dye material, and, for 100 weight part of the transparent resin, the resin composition material containing about 0.005˜0.2 weight part of the orange color series florescent dye material is molded. This can prevent the suppression of the melatonin secretion in the nighttime. The color of light is maintained desirable. The optical filter may be applied to a lighting apparatus.

摘要: Light which tries to enter a diffuser plate 3 at an angle which exceeds an angle at which a percentage of reflected light increases rapidly (that is, the incidence angle θ=70 degrees) is all reflected by a reflecting surface 21 and then enters the diffuser plate 3. Therefore, a pseudo light source is formed by light which was collected near a connection point between adjacent reflecting surfaces 21 out of the emitted light of the discharge lamps 1. So, the brightness between the adjacent discharge lamps 1 is increased, and it is possible to reduce unevenness in brightness. Furthermore, since the discharge lamp 1 is housed inside the reflecting surface 21 whose cross-sectional shape is a parabola, it is possible to reduce the distance between a reflecting plate 2 and the diffuser plate 3, as compared with the prior art, and to reduce the thickness dimension in the anteroposterior direction.

摘要: A suspension ECU 13 calculates a target characteristic changing coefficient a_new for changing a target characteristic, which is represented by a quadratic function, by use of the maximum actual roll angle Φ_max generated in a vehicle body during the current turning state and a turning pitch angle Θ_fy_max which is a fraction of an actual pitch angle Θ generated as a result of turning, and changes the target characteristic by use of the coefficient a_new. Subsequently, the suspension ECU 13 calculates the difference ΔΘ between the actual pitch angle Θ and a target pitch angle Θh corresponding to the actual roll angle Φ on the basis of the changed target characteristic, and calculates a total demanded damping force F to be cooperatively generated by the shock absorbers so as to reduce the difference ΔΘ to zero. Furthermore, in proportion to the magnitude of a lateral acceleration Gl, the suspension ECU 13 distributes the total demanded damping force F into a demanded damping force Fi on the turning-locus inner side and a demanded damping force Fo on the turning-locus outer side.
