    摘要: A single-headed piston type swash-plate compressor has a cylinder block having cylinder bores in which a plurality of pistons are slidably received. A first housing is attached to a first end of the block to form a crank chamber therebetween, and a second housing is attached to a second end thereof to form an annular suction chamber and a central discharge chamber therebetween. The chambers are partitioned by an annular wall portion projected from an inner wall of the second housing such that the suction chamber surrounds the discharge chamber. A drive shaft rotatably is extended through the crank chamber, and a conversion mechanism is provided on the shaft for converting a rotating movement of the shaft into a reciprocating movement of each piston in the corresponding bore such that a suction stroke and a discharge stroke are alternately executed therein. During the suction stroke, a fluid is introduced from the suction chamber into the bore, and during the compression stroke, the introduced fluid is compressed and discharged from the bore into the discharge chamber. The cylinder block has a portion extended radially and outwardly from a side thereof, and the portion has a damping chamber formed therein. The discharge chamber has an elongated portion extended radially and outwardly therefrom, the elongated portion being in communication with the damping chamber through a small passage formed in the extended portion of the block.

    摘要: A variable displacement wobble plate type compressor with a variable angle non-rotary wobble plate, having a suction chamber for refrigerant before compression, a discharge chamber for refrigerant after compression, suction, and compression, and discharge cylinder bores, pistons reciprocated by the wobble plate within the cylinder bores for compressing the refrigerant, a crankcase with a crank chamber to receive therein a drive and a wobble plate mechanism mounted about a drive shaft connectable to a rotary drive source, i.e., a vehicle engine, connected to the pistons to cause reciprocating motion of the pistons and capable of changing the wobble angle thereof, a first communication passageway providing a fluid communication between the crankcase chamber and the discharge chamber, a first control valve for closing and opening the first passageway in response to a change in a fluid pressure indicative of a refrigerating load change, a second communication passageway for permitting adjustable evacuation of a blowby gas from the crankcase chamber to the suction chamber, and a second control valve changing an extent of opening of the second communication passageway in response to an electrical signal or signals indicating a change in a physical value relative to the air-conditioning circuit and the vehicle as well as in response to a change in a fluid pressure level in the crankcase chamber.

During reciprocation of the piston (11), lubricating oil adhered to the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder bore (2a) is collected in the groove (17; 44; 46). When the groove (17; 44; 46) is exposed to the inside of the crank chamber (5) from the cylinder bore (2a) during the reciprocation of the piston (11), the lubricating oil in the groove (17; 44; 46) is supplied to the inside of the crank chamber (5). The lubricating oil lubricates the driving body (9) and other parts in the crank chamber (5).
