    摘要： A drive motor has a shaft supported by a casing to be rotatable and movable in the axial direction over a predetermined stroke. A portion of the shaft is utilized in order to form a rotary motor section for rotating the shaft, and another portion of the shaft is utilized in order to form an electromagnetic plunger section for moving the shaft in the axial direction. The rotary motor section and the electromagnetic plunger section are integrally built in the casing. The drive motor is used in a drive apparatus for a pre-plasticization-type injection molding machine. The front end of the shaft is connected to the rear end of a screw disposed within a barrel of a plasticizing unit of molding machine. Through axial movement of the shaft, a resin passage of the barrel is opened and closed by a valve portion provided at the front end of the screw.

    摘要： A motor control apparatus for an injection molding machine has a control function section for stopping a drive motor; i.e., a servomotor in order to stop a movable member, upon reception of an open signal indicating that a safety door is opened. The motor control apparatus further includes an additional control function section for performing position control for the servomotor, upon reception of the open signal, so as to stop the movable member at a predetermined position. Therefore, when the safety door is opened and thus the open signal is supplied to the additional control function section, the additional control function section performs position control for the servomotor such that the movable member stops at the predetermined position.

    摘要： A tensioner for an endless transmission belt includes a plunger body and a plunger. The plunger is movably provided in the plunger body to press the endless transmission belt. A pressure chamber provided between the plunger and the plunger body is configured to store hydraulic oil supplied from an oil pump. A check valve is provided in the plunger body, configured to be opened to supply the hydraulic oil to the pressure chamber when a pressure in the pressure chamber is lower than an oil pressure from the oil pump, and configured to be closed when the pressure is higher than the oil pressure. A relief valve is provided in the plunger body within a width of the plunger in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the plunger and configured to discharge the hydraulic oil in the pressure chamber when the pressure exceeds a predetermined value.

    摘要： A projection is formed on the outer circumference of an annular member and a stopping member is attached to a cylinder head supporting a camshaft thereon. A side surface of the projection comes into contact with a side surface of the stopping member to restrain a decompression cam from turning when the camshaft rotates in the normal direction. The stopping member does not apply any pressure to the annular member in a radial direction and the annular member does not exert any force on the camshaft. Consequently, frictional resistance against the rotation of the camshaft can be reduced and a loss in the output of the engine can be suppressed.
