    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable valve, in particular a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems. The valve includes a valve housing of ferromagnetic material and a core on which a magnetic coil is placed. An intermediate disk of ferromagnetic material is disposed on the end face of the cup-like valve housing. The passage bore has a lesser diameter than the inner bore of the valve housing. A flat armature partially protrudes beyond the stop face of the intermediate disk remote from the valve housing and again has a smaller diameter than the inner bore of the valve housing. Because of the small diameter of the flat armature, the flat armature has a small mass, so that short switching times of the valve are attainable.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable valve, especially an injection valve for fuel injection systems which supply internal combustion engines with fuel, is proposed in which the fuel injection valve encompasses a valve chamber and a core upon which a magnetic coil is mounted by means of a carrier body. Fuel supply openings discharge into a flow passage provided around the magnetic coil. Vapor bubbles dissolved in the fuel may be flushed out of the flow passage via a first restriction into fuel return openings which communicate with a fuel return line. On the other hand, the fuel may flow from the flow passage into the collecting chamber which houses a valve component and a valve seat. Vapor bubbles which may appear near the valve component may be flushed out via a second restriction which is provided in the interior of a core to reach the fuel return openings. Thus, disturbances with fuel injection, especially during the "hot start" of the internal combustion engine, are avoided.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve is proposed for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, which serves to supply fuel into the intake tubes of the engine. The injection valve includes a movable valve element which cooperates with a fixed valve seat. Downstream of the valve seat a bore is provided in the valve body. A charge controlling device in the form of an insert having a section having axially extending flutes thereon is pressed into the bore. The insert has a section on its end away from the fixed valve seat that functions as a metering section. The metering section has a diameter smaller than the internal diameter of the bore, with the metering of fuel taking place in the space thus provided. A diversion means downstream of the charge controlling device serves to divert fuel flow from a valve in a radially extending fan-type spray into an intake tube.

    摘要: In a known injection valve having a movable valve element and a valve seat face located in a nozzle body, a cup-shaped injection port insert is provided downstream of the valve seat face. In the novel injection valve, the object is to avoid warping of the injection port insert and to adapt the idle volume to requirements. To increase the rigidity of the injection port insert, the bottom of the injection port insert has a dishlike indentation, which is remote from the movable valve element, so that a collecting chamber is formed between the movable valve element and the bottom. The injection valve is particularly suitable for fuel injection systems in internal combustion engines.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable fuel injection valve, which serves to supply fuel to a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine having externally supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing with a mouth piece, in which a valve seat body is disposed, included are two magnet coils, two cores and one armature, which has a spherical guide section and is connected to a valve needle. The spherical guide section is slidably supported with its circumference in a guide bore of the valve seat body and in its stroke movement away from the core is limited by a tapered stop opening which adjoins the guide bore. Radially extending grooves are machined into the wall of the stop opening and are coextensive in the wall of the guide bore, so that the area of contact between the spherical guide section and the stop opening is decreased.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable fuel injection valve which serves to supply fuel to a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine having externally supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing having an outlet tube in which a valve seat body is disposed. Respective magnetic coils are disposed on pole pieces and a permanent magnet is disposed between the pole portions of the pole pieces. In the valve seat body a flow bore is provided, which merges via a stop face with a guide bore, in which a ball-shaped armature is slidably disposed. A valve needle which is joined with the armature protrudes through the flow bore and, with a closing head, cooperates with a valve seat in the valve seat body. Directly upstream of the closing head a metering collar is provided on the valve needle, an annular metering gap being formed between the metering collar and the wall of the flow bore. The valve needle is supported in pendulum fashion in the flow bore via the ball-shaped armature and, when the valve is opened, it is centered in the flow bore by the fuel flowing therein.

    摘要: An electromagnetic fuel injection valve and a process for the adjustment of the armature stroke (H) of the fuel injection valve is proposed, which serves to inject fuel under low pressure into the suction pipe of an internal combustion engine. The fuel injection valve surrounds an armature guided in a valve housing. This armature is tightly fastened to a movable valve section which cooperates with a fixed valve seat in a nozzle body supported in a nozzle carrier. The armature stroke can be adjusted in an assembled condition of the fuel injection valve by moving the nozzle body in an axial direction. For this the stroke (H.sub.eff) is measured by an odometrical system (distance sensing system) in the assembled condition of the fuel injection valve while the electromagnetic system is excited and the fixed valve seat provided on the nozzle body is displaced with the aid of a pressing tool by the difference between the measured stroke (H.sub.eff) and the desired armature stroke (H).

The valve includes a valve housing and a core of ferromagnetic material as well as an armature, which actuates a valve element cooperating with a fixed valve seat. When a magnetic coil is excited, the armature is attracted toward a stop face on the end face of the valve housing. The stop face is defined on one side by an inner bore of the valve housing and on the other by the rim of a groove which is embodied in the end face. The circumference of the armature partially overlaps the groove.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuatable valve is proposed which serves in particular to inject fuel into the intake tube of internal combustion engine operating with fuel injection systems. The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing, a shell core having a magnetic coil and a flat armature, which is positively connected to a valve element comprising a ball which protrudes through a central opening in a guide diaphragm to cooperate with a fixed valve seat. The guide diaphragm guides the ball in the radial direction relative to the valve seat. Under spring tension, the flat armature, having a guide crown, contacts the guide diaphragm and is thus guided in a plane parallel to the end face of the shell core. A first fuel fitting comprises a portion of a valve housing preshaped by a non-cutting manufacturing method; a second fuel fitting is fixed inside the first fuel fitting in such a manner that a flow conduit is defined between the first and the second fuel fittings. The fuel flowing in via the second fuel fitting proceeds to the valve seat; when the valve is open, a portion of the fuel is delivered there to a nozzle bore in order to be metered. The non-metered fuel flows around the magnetic element and proceeds via the flow conduit into a fuel return flow line.
