    摘要： The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuatable fuel injection valve which is used to supply fuel to a mixture compressing internal combustion engine. The fuel injection valve comprises a valve housing provided with an extension in which a valve seat body is disposed. A magnetic coil is mounted on each of the pole parts and a permanent magnet is disposed between the poles of the pole parts. The valve seat body is connected to a guide via a collet. The guide, collet and valve seat body are penetrated by a valve needle which is connected at its one end to an armature and which, at its other end, ends in a closing end. In the guide is a guide bore which is adapted to radially guide a spherical head portion of the valve needle and which then tapers into an abutment face, against which face the valve needle rests by way of the head when the injection valve is open. To open the valve, the valve needle is moved outwardly, thereby uncovering an ejection opening between a valve seat and the closing head. The valve seat body and collet may be screwed together for the purpose of adjusting the valve stroke.

The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing with a mouth piece, in which a valve seat body is disposed, included are two magnet coils two cores and one armature, which has a spherical guide section and the later is being connected to a valve needle. The spherical guide section is slidably supported with its circumference in a guide bore of the valve seat body and in its stroke movement away from the core is limited by a tapering stop opening which adjoins the guide bore. Flat faces are provided on the circumference of the spherical guide section, such that they decrease the area of contact between the spherical contact section and the stop opening.

A plastic bushing is mounted on a guide step of the valve seat body and is pressed by a spring against the core end face, thereby preventing a dirct flow of fuel to the remnant air gap on the armature, as a result of which the depositing of soil particles in the gap is avoided.

    摘要： An electromagnetically actuatable valve, in particular a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems, which serves to supply fuel to internal combustion engines. The fuel injection valve comprises a valve chamber and a core upon which a magnet coil is wound by use of a carrier body. A flat armature is constructed in such a manner at its side facing core that it partially overlaps the front surface of a ferromagnetic valve chamber with its outer range of action so that the magnet circuit is guided to the flat armature via valve chamber and the front face and so that magnetic coil, when actuated, simultaneously serves as a detent for the flat armature.

    摘要： An electromagnetically actuatable valve is proposed which serves in particular to inject fuel into the intake tube of internal combustion engine operating with fuel injection systems. The fuel injection valve includes a valve housing, a shell core having a magnetic coil and a flat armature, which is positively connected to a valve element comprising a ball which protrudes through a central opening in a guide diaphragm to cooperate with a fixed valve seat. The guide diaphragm guides the ball in the radial direction relative to the valve seat. Under spring tension, the flat armature, having a guide crown, contacts the guide diaphragm and is thus guided in a plane parallel to the end face of the shell core. A first fuel fitting comprises a portion of a valve housing preshaped by a non-cutting manufacturing method; a second fuel fitting is fixed inside the first fuel fitting in such a manner that a flow conduit is defined between the first and the second fuel fittings. The fuel flowing in via the second fuel fitting proceeds to the valve seat; when the valve is open, a portion of the fuel is delivered there to a nozzle bore in order to be metered. The non-metered fuel flows around the magnetic element and proceeds via the flow conduit into a fuel return flow line.

    摘要： A fuel injection valve and a method for the automatic establishment of the desired armature stroke of the fuel injection valve are proposed which serves the purpose of injection at low fuel pressures into the intake tube of a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine with externally-supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a magnetic coil surrounding a core and a flat armature guided by at least one guide diaphragm held on its outer circumference, which is firmly connected with a movable valve element cooperating with a fixed valve seat. The fuel delivered via a fuel inlet nozzle can proceed through apertures and recesses in the guide diaphragms past the valve seat to a fuel discharge nozzle by way of which a portion of the delivered fuel can flow back again into a fuel return line. Via an annular channel the fuel stream exiting from the nozzle bore can be prepared with air which surrounds the fuel stream.
