    摘要: An injector for injecting fluid with a valve assembly including a valve body and a valve needle, the needle including an armature retainer and being operable to prevent and to enable injection of fluid, and with an electromagnetic actuator assembly, operable to exert a force for influencing a position of the valve needle, including a pole piece and an armature. The pole piece is positionally fixed with the valve body. The armature is operable to be axially displaced relative to the pole piece and to take along the armature retainer when being displaced towards the pole piece. A fluid channel is defined by the armature retainer constriction surface and the pole piece constriction surface. A hydraulic diameter of the fluid channel is at least twice at large when the valve needle is in a closing position compared to the hydraulic diameter at a maximum displacement away from the closing position.

    摘要: A valve assembly for an injection valve includes a valve body having a cavity with a fluid inlet portion and a fluid outlet portion, a valve needle axially movable in the cavity between a closing position preventing a fluid flow through the fluid outlet portion and further positions releasing the fluid flow through the fluid outlet portion, an electro-magnetic actuator unit that actuates the valve needle, and includes an axially movable armature in the cavity and a disc element fixedly coupled to the valve needle and configured to limit the axial movement of the armature relative to the valve needle towards the fluid outlet portion. An armature spring biases the armature away from the disc element for establishing a fluid-filled gap between the armature and the disc element. The armature is axially displaceable towards the disc element against the armature spring bias to reduce an axial size of the gap.

    摘要: An electromagnetically-operable fuel injector comprising a fuel chamber having an outlet nozzle and into which a solenoid core projects. A ball valve in the gap between the core and the nozzle orifice and movable towards and away from the core to seat and unseat a valve seat around the nozzle orifice by energization of an electromagnetic circuit. Compensating structure is provided which respond to changes in temperature by changing a physical characteristic. The compensating structure function either to change the length of the core or to adjust the position of the valve seat relative to the core such that any tendency for fuel metering characteristics of the injector to be changed by a change in temperature in the injector is countered whereby operation of the injector to inject fuel is substantially independent of temperature change.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuable fuel injection valve, which serves to supply fuel to mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a base plate into which pole pieces having bent poles are inserted. Magnetic coils are fitted onto the pole pieces. A first permanent magnet is inserted between the poles and a second permanent magnet is disposed between the magnetic conductor elements disposed on the other end of the pole pieces. Beginning at the base plate, the magnetic coils and the pole pieces are provided with a sprayed-on plastic jacket. The plastic jacket is inserted together with the base plate into an internal housing bore of a valve housing. A valve group is inserted into an outlet pipe of the valve housing which has an armature oriented toward the poles and joined with a valve needle which on its other end has a closing head that cooperates with a valve seat on a valve seat body and can be raised from the valve seat in the fuel flow direction.
