    摘要: A method for sensing the color of incident light with a color sensing device, the color sensing device being a photoelectric device comprising an n-type or p-type amorphous silicon layer, being characterized in the following steps; measuring a first photocurrent of the photoelectric device generated by incident light when an electrical voltage having a predetermined parity is applied thereto; measuring a second photocurrent of the photoelectric device generated by the same incident light when another electrical voltage having a parity opposite to the predetermined parity is applied thereto, calculating the ratio of the first photocurrent to the second photocurrent; and identifying the color of incident light according to the ratio obtained.A color sensing device, comprising: two elements including an n-type or p-type amorphous silicon layer; an electric power source for applying a positive voltage and a negative voltage to the two elements at the same time, respectively; and a divider means for calculating a ratio of the two photocurrents which flows in each elements.

    摘要: A light signal generating device having a plurality of electro-optical light shutter elements which are turned on and off individually in accordance with image data. The light shutter elements are connected to individual electrodes each, and also connected to a common electrode. The common electrode and a power source for supplying a voltage to the individual electrodes are connected with a grounding line. Discharge lines are disposed between the common electrode and the grounding line, and switching elements are disposed on the discharge lines so as to prevent discharge currents, which are drawn from the light shutter elements at falls of the driving voltage, from flowing into the grounding line.

Moreover, a shape of electrodes of each element are altered so as to make half wavelength voltages of elements almost equal.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus which is capable of composing an image with a high accuracy on an image receiving member with use of a plurality of light signal emitting heads. The image forming apparatus, which is used for forming an image on the image receiving member such as a photographic paper or a electrophotographic photosensitive member. Each light signal emitting head turns on and off a plurality of light signal emitting elements extending in a main scanning direction in accordance with image data. The image receiving member is guided by a cylindrical guide roller with being adhered to the curving section of the guide roller at an exposure position. The light emergent from each light signal emitting head is changed its optical path at a dichroic prism or a half mirror and exposes the image receiving member linearly.

    摘要: Operational stability of the nonvolatile memory in plural power supply voltage modes set up in advance corresponding to the power supply voltage level is realized. A nonvolatile memory is configured with a memory array, a charge pump, a distributor for selecting an output voltage of the charge pump, and a sequencer for controlling operation of the charge pump and the distributor. The nonvolatile memory is also provided with an analyzer which notifies the sequencer of a power supply voltage mode selectively specified among plural power supply voltage modes set up in advance corresponding to power supply voltage levels, and which detects mismatch between the power supply voltage mode notified to the sequencer and an actually supplied power supply voltage and limits the operation of the charge pump and the distributor with the use of the sequencer, based on the detection result. Accordingly, operational stability of the nonvolatile memory is realized.
