    摘要: Described is a process for the regioselective dehydration of 11-hydroxy steroids using PCl.sub.5, PCl.sub.3, POCl.sub.3 or either SO.sub.2 Cl.sub.2 and imidazole, or PPh.sub.3 and CCl.sub.4. The disclosed process selectively forms .DELTA..sup.9,11 steroids from either 11-.alpha.- or 11-.beta.-hydroxy steroids, and can also be used for the one-step conversion of 11,21 -dihydroxy steroids to 21-chloro-.DELTA..sup.9,11 steroids. Also disclosed are processes for the regioselective conversion of 11-.beta.-chloro steroids to .DELTA..sup.9,11 steroids, and for regioselectively converting an 11,17,21-trihydroxy streoid to a 21-chloro-11,17-dihydroxy steroid.

    摘要: Turbine bucket nominal internal core profiles and core insert external profiles are provided. In one embodiment, a turbine bucket includes an airfoil, platform, shank and dovetail. The bucket has a nominal internal core profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in Table 1 wherein the Z values are non-dimensional values from 0 to 1 convertible to Z distances in inches by multiplying the Z values by a height of the bucket in inches, and wherein X and Y are non-dimensional values which, when connected by smooth continuing arcs, define internal core profile sections at each distance Z along the bucket, the profile sections at the Z distances being joined smoothly with one another to form said bucket internal core profile.

    摘要: An icemaking compartment is provided in the refrigerator compartment of a bottom mount refrigerator. An icemaker is within the icemaking compartment. A cold air duct supplies cold air from the freezer compartment to the icemaker. The cold air duct is formed in the rear wall of the refrigerator. A fan controls the flow of air through the cold air duct. A return air duct is provided to direct a portion of the air from the icemaker back to the freezer compartment. An air vent in the icemaker directs another portion of air into the refrigerator compartment.
