摘要： A plasma display panel has a plurality of pairs of display electrodes, dielectric layer, and protective layer disposed on front glass substrate. Protective layer is formed of nano crystal particles, and the average particle diameter of the nano crystal particles is in the range of 10 nm to 100 nm. With this structure, in the plasma display panel, front glass substrate has a sufficient strength and occurrence of panel cracks is reduced.

摘要： A computer implemented method determines interest in video portions. A media stream including frames, and a composite rating counter including interest levels are retrieved. Each interest level corresponds to a frame. When viewed at normal playback rate, interest levels associated with the frame are increased by a normal amount. Interest levels associated with the frame are increased or decreased by an augmented amount based on a relative window size compared to the default window size, an order of z-index among all open windows, and a user selection of the frame indicating an interest level. The composite rating counter is updated based on a current count of the interest levels. The updated composite interest level is then stored for future retrieval by a subsequent user.

摘要： A cathode ray tube includes an electron gun for emitting at least one electron beam; a mask frame include a mask having a plurality of holes or slits for allowing the electron beam to be transmitted therethrough and a frame to which the mask is attached; and a panel including a phosphor layer to be scanned by the at least one electron beam transmitted through the plurality of holes or slits of the mask. The panel includes a plurality of stud pins for supporting the frame. The frame includes a plurality of elastic supports engaged with the plurality of stud pins. At least one of the plurality of elastic supports includes an engagement portion having an engaging hole which is engaged with one of the plurality of the stud pins and an elastic portion in contact with the one stud pin. Mask frame vibration causes the elastic portion to rub against a respective stud pin so as to generate a frictional force for attenuating the vibration of the mask frame.

C. for 24 hours, is not more than 10, wherein the cohesiveness is defined as the sum of values (a), (b), and (c) obtained by the following equations:(a)=(weight % of the toner remaining.times.1, on a 250 .mu.m mesh-sieve)(b)=(weight % of the toner remaining.times.0.6, and on a 149 .mu.m mesh-sieve)(c)=(weight % of the toner remaining.times.0.2, on a 74 .mu.m mesh-sieve)each of the weight % in the equations being measured by a powder property analyzer.
