摘要: An exhaust heat energy recovery apparatus for an internal combustion engine that efficiently recovers exhaust heat energy without increasing engine exhaust back pressure, and a Brayton cycle apparatus applicable to the exhaust heat energy recovery apparatus. A Brayton cycle apparatus 1 using a scroll compressor 4 and a scroll expander 6 has a simplified and downsized structure. A working fluid is compressed inside a scroll compressor 4 and expanded inside a scroll expander 6 in spaces partitioned and sealed by combinations of fixed scrolls and orbital scrolls. The conversion efficiency from heat energy to kinetic energy is high. Heat is transferred from the exhaust to the working fluid through a pipe wall of a flow passage 30a and an expander case 12 of the scroll expander 6. This further downsizes the Brayton cycle apparatus 1. The back pressure of the energy source including the exhaust is unaffected.

摘要: An opening and closing apparatus (52, 54) opens and closes an opening and closing lid (10) which closes an opening part (4) of an accommodating box (2) for accommodating an object (W) to be processed and is locked by a locking mechanism (12). A key member (26) is mounted to a base table (90) via a bearing mechanism (92) in a state in which the key member is rotatable with respect to the base table (90) and movable in a vertical direction with respect to a front surface of the base table (90). A part of the opening and closing lid (10) is held by being put between the key member (26) and an elastic member (98) provided on a front surface of the base table. Thereby, the opening and closing lid (10) is prevented from being displaced with respect to the base table (90) when the opening and closing lid (10) is removed from the accommodation box (2).

摘要: A hybrid air-conditioner comprises a vapor adsorption cycle air-conditioner, a vapor compression refrigerating cycle air-conditioner, an external heat source circuit and the like. In the case where the external heat source temperature is in a high temperature range, the cooling operation is performed using only the vapor adsorption cycle air-conditioner. In the case where the external heat source temperature is in a low temperature range, the cooling operation is performed using only the vapor compression refrigerating cycle air-conditioner. In the case where the external heat source temperature is in an intermediate temperature range, the cooling operation is performed using both the vapor adsorption cycle air-conditioner and the vapor compression refrigerating cycle air-conditioner. As a result, the temperature restrictions on the vapor adsorption cycle air-conditioner can be removed and the range of operation allowance can be widened.

摘要: A projection type displaying apparatus with a movable built-in screen has an image display, an image projector and a position detector for detecting a position where the built-in screen is installed. When the position detector determines that the built-in screen is in an image projection pass, the focus of the image projector is adjusted on the built-in screen and the image projector projects the image onto the built-in screen. When the position detector determines that the built-in screen is out of the image projection pass, the focus of the image projector is adjusted on an external screen and the image projector automatically projects the image onto the external screen.

摘要: A liquid crystal projector comprises a light source, two color-separating dichroic mirrors for separating light from the light source into lights of red, green and blue lights wavebands, three liquid crystal display elements for producing image lights of red, green and blue wavebands using those separated lights of different wavebands, two color-combining dichroic mirrors for combining the image lights of different wavebands to finally provide single image light, three luminous flux reduction lenses provided on an optical path running from the individual color-separating dichroic mirrors to the individual color-combining dichroic mirrors, and a projection lens for projecting the image light combined by the color-combining dichroic mirrors. The color-combining dichroic mirrors are designed in such a way to combine image lights with priority over the image light with an intermediate waveband.

摘要: A liquid crystal projector of the type, wherein the light emitted from a light source is split into a red beam, a green beam, and a blue beam, and these beams are applied to red-image, green-image, and blue-image display LCD panels, the red-image beam, the green-image beam, and the blue-image beam emerging from these LCD panels are combined and projected by a projection lens, thereby to form a full-color image. The projector has an optical system which guides the beams such that these beam have optical paths of the same length which extend from the light source or the LCD panels to the projection lens.

摘要: A projection display apparatus includes a light source unit for generating light for image formation, an electro-optical display device for displaying an optical image by utilizing the light emitted from the light source unit, and an enlarging/projection lens. The light source unit, the display device, and the projection lens are accommodated in a housing with vent openings. The housing also includes a fan for cooling the interior of the housing with cool air and a cooler for maintaining a display panel within a predetermined temperature range. The light source unit includes a lamp and a reflector and is designed not to cause image deformation and formation of a shadow of a discharge portion. In order to display a television image on the display device, all television image display circuit units excluding an antenna are accommodated in the housing. The enlarging/projection lens can control a magnification and a focal point of the image projected on the screen.
