    摘要: Transmission channel estimation is performed for NT×NR reception signals and estimated transmission channel values are thereby output. The estimated transmission channel values are divided into N groups of NT×M estimated transmission channel values and a covariance matrix with M rows and N columns is obtained for each of the estimated transmission channel value groups. The N covariance matrixes are averaged over a predetermined range in terms of at least a time or a frequency (first averaging). Eigenvectors are generated based on respective N averaging outputs. Transmission channels between base station antennas and terminal antennas are generated from the eigenvectors and the estimated transmission channel values. Covariance matrixes are obtained for the generated transmission channels. The covariance matrixes are averaged over a different range from the range used in the first averaging (second averaging) and a beam forming weight is obtained by combining the generated eigenvectors.

    摘要: When a mobile station becomes a soft handover state, a reception quality monitor 104 measures reception quality of a pilot signal from each base station. Base station specifying means 105 generates a base-station select signal (BSse1) to specify base stations that have transmitted pilot channels of inferior reception quality. The base-station select signal is multiplexed with transmission data (r-txd), and the multiplexed signal is spread at a spreading circuit. The spread signal is transmitted to plural base stations through a transmitter 111 and a duplexer 102. Then the base stations specified by this base-station specify signal stops transmission of downward signals.

    摘要: In a ratchet tensioner, a pawl, pivoted on a shaft in the tensioner housing, engages teeth on a plunger protruding from the housing to allow protruding movement of the plunger, while limiting retracting movement to a backlash distance. The pawl is biased into contact with the teeth on the plunger by a spring disposed in a hole in the housing and acting, through a piston slidable in the same hole, against a convexly curved surface of the pawl. The piston has a reduced portion in engagement with the pawl, which allows the pawl to be miniaturized without excessively reducing the radial dimensions of the portion of the pawl surrounding the pivot shaft.

    摘要: In a double-sided meshing type silent chain, guide plates each having a flat back face formed on one side thereof and a pair of pin-accommodation holes formed therein are disposed at opposite widthwise ends of the chain with the pin-accommodation holes press-fit with connecting pins which are each adapted to articulately connect two adjacent rows of link plates with each other in an interleaved fashion. The guide plates do not take part in meshing engagement with a sprocket but operate to guide the travel of the chain stably without causing flattering or vibration. The guide plates further serves as a strengthening member of the chain.
