    摘要: In a machine tool having a table adapted to support a workpiece, a plurality of drive shafts for moving the table in three directional directions by servomotors, servo control apparatus controlling the servomotors in response to position instructions, drive shaft control apparatus including position detectors of the servomotors, each drive shaft control apparatus is made up of a servomotor rotation reversal detector for producing a movement reversal signal, a memory device for storing correction amounts necessary to compensate for a position error of the axis of the spindle of the machine tool which occurs as a result of reversal of the direction of movement of the drive shaft and other drive shafts and a transfer switches for selecting the memory device in response to the movement reversal signal and for feeding back to the servo control apparatus the correction amount read out from the memory device.

    摘要: A high precision laser beam scanner is provided which is able to shape a beam generated by a laser, suppress the influence of jitter of a scanning beam due to mode hopping of a semiconductor laser, and reduce aberration of the scanning beam. A beam source generates a semiconductor laser beam, which is diffracted by a rotary hologram, forming a scanning beam on a surface to be scanned. An aberration correcting stationary hologram is disposed between the beam source and the rotary hologram. The stationary hologram is constructed with an object wave and a reference wave, which interfere on a stationary hologram substrate subject so that an aberration of the scanning beam on the surface to be scanned shall be corrected. The object wave is a spherical wave which has an aberration, a wave length shorter than that of the semiconductor laser beam, and an incident angle which is not vertical but is inclined with respect to the stationary hologram substrate. A method for fabricating the laser beam scanner is also provided.

First and second pulse width modulation amplifiers, having output terminals connected to a load, pulse width modulate the first and second triangular wave carrier signals with said first and second analog signals, respectively, and amplify resultant pulse width signals.

    摘要: An automatic graphic equalizer for a sound system has circuitry for measuring the effect of the physical environment receiving a sound on the frequency characteristics of the sound, and for adjusting the characteristics of a graphic equalizer to compensate for distortions in the desired flat frequency response caused by the physical environment. The circuitry includes a pink noise generator supplying pink noise to the graphic equalizer during an initialization operation, the graphic equalizer being controlled by a controller to present a flat frequency characteristic. The equalizer output is sent to a speaker which supplies the pink noise as a sound signal to the selected environment. A microphone picks up the sound in the selected environment and converts it to an electrical signal which is supplied through an ALC amplifier to a frequency-variable band-pass filter to detect the signal level in each of the equalizer frequency bands. The level signals are smoothed in a level detector and digitized to be input to the controller which readjusts the graphic equalizer to compensate for distortions in the desired flat frequency response caused by the selected environment.
