Abstract:
An information processing apparatus (2000) detects an abnormal region (30) in each of a plurality of video frames (14) constituting video data (12) in which the inside of a body is captured. The information processing apparatus (2000) outputs output information related to the detected abnormal region (30). Herein, the information processing apparatus (2000) starts outputting of the output information when a detection score based on a proportion of the number of the video frames (14) in which the abnormal region (30) is detected becomes equal to or more than a first threshold value in a state where outputting of the output information is not being performed. Further, the information processing apparatus (2000) ends outputting of the output information 10 when the detection score becomes equal to or less than a second threshold value in a state where outputting of the output information is being performed.
Abstract:
A genetic characteristic estimation device (2000) acquires genetic mutation information (30) and position information (40). The genetic mutation information (30) indicates information regarding a genetic mutation in a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sequence of a target cell (20) obtained from a target organism (10). In the position information (40), a position on the DNA sequence is associated with the type of a cell or the type of an organ. The genetic characteristic estimation device (2000) determines a genetic mutation at the position associated with the type of the target cell (20) or the type of an organ including the target cell (20) in the position information (40) from among genetic mutations indicated by the genetic mutation information (30), and computes a genetic characteristic index value representing a genetic characteristic of the target organism (10) based on a characteristic of the determined genetic mutation.
Abstract:
An information processing device includes: a first acquisition unit configured to acquire a capturing time of a lesion image instructed to be saved by a user, from a series of images captured by an endoscope during examination with the endoscope; a second acquisition unit configured to acquire a capturing time of a lesion image detected by detection processing for the series of images captured by the endoscope during the examination; and a display control unit configured to cause a display device to display a first capturing time and a second capturing time which are plotted on a time axis, the first capturing time being the capturing time acquired by the first acquisition unit, the second capturing time being the capturing time acquired by the second acquisition unit.
Abstract:
Provided are an information processing device, a display method, and a program that allow to easily grasp during examination that a lesion is captured how long before from now which is detected by detection processing for an image captured by an endoscope. An information processing device (1) includes: an image acquisition unit (2) configured to sequentially acquire a current image captured by an endoscope; a lesion detection unit (3) configured to sequentially perform detection processing of a lesion site on the images sequentially acquired by the image acquisition unit (2); and a display control unit (4) configured to display, on a display device, a degree of lapse of time up to a current time from a capturing time of the image in which the lesion site is detected by the lesion detection unit (3).
Abstract:
It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscope insertion assistance apparatus, a method and a program that allow an operator of an endoscope to easily grasp an insertion situation of the endoscope to thereby conduct effective insertion assistance. An endoscope insertion assistance apparatus (100) according to the present invention includes an acquisition unit (110) that acquires shape data to identify an insertion shape of an endoscope inserted into a lumen, an estimation unit (120) that estimates any one of a plurality of shape categories for the insertion shape from the shape data and an output unit (130) that outputs display information in chronological order for the estimated shape category.
Abstract:
Provided are an information processing device, a display method, and a program which enable easy recognition of the discrepancy between the detection result by detection processing for an image captured by an endoscope and the detection result by a user. An information processing device (1) includes: a first acquisition unit (2) configured to acquire a capturing time of a lesion image instructed to be saved by a user, from a series of images captured by an endoscope during examination with the endoscope; a second acquisition unit (3) configured to acquire a capturing time of a lesion image detected by detection processing for the series of images captured by the endoscope during the examination; and a display control unit (4) configured to cause a display device to display a first capturing time and a second capturing time which are plotted on a time axis, the first capturing time being the capturing time acquired by the first acquisition unit (2), the second capturing time being the capturing time acquired by the second acquisition unit (3).
Abstract:
Provided is a diagnostic assistance system whereby it is possible to allocate to highly skilled pathologists boundary region tissue specimens whereupon a malign/benign determination is difficult. The diagnostic assistance system includes: an input element for receiving an input of a degree of malignancy of a tissue specimen; a storage element for associating and storing a diagnostician with the degree of skill thereof; and a control element for, when the degree of malignancy is an intermediate value, querying the storage element and determining the diagnostician with the degree of degree of skill which is greater than or equal to a reference value.
