    摘要： The present invention provides a spatial light modulator, comprising: a pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units each having a memory. The spatial light modulator further includes bit lines for transmitting a first data signal and a second data signal to the memory of each of the pixel units and a word line connected to a memory for selecting the memory and setting the first or second data signal from the bit line. The spatial light modulator further includes a plate line for transmitting a third data signal, a fourth data signal to the pixel units, and setting a fifth data signal to have a voltage between a voltage of the third data signal and a voltage of the fourth data signal.
