摘要: Described are embodiments for selecting a preamble for a random access procedure. In an embodiment, a wireless device receives one or more configuration parameters of physical random access channel (PRACH) occasions for the random access procedure. One or more PRACH occasions of the PRACH occasions correspond to a respective RS of a plurality of RSs. The wireless device determines a RS, from the plurality of RSs, based on a reference signal received power (RSRP) value of the RS, and a transmission power reduction value associated with the RS. The wireless device determines a PRACH occasion, associated with the RS, from the PRACH occasions. Then, the wireless device transmits, via the PRACH occasion, a preamble for the random access procedure.

摘要: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating a first PDSCH processing capability value associated with a first power state of a cell, and a second PDSCH processing capability value associated with a second power state of the cell. The first PDSCH processing capability value indicates a first applicable gap between receiving a TB and transmitting an acknowledgement when the cell is in the first power state. The second PDSCH processing capability value indicates a second applicable gap between receiving a TB and transmitting an acknowledgement when the cell is in the second power state. A first TB is processed based on the first PDSCH processing capability value, when the cell in the first power state. A command is received indicating transitioning to the second power state. A second TB is processed based on the second PDSCH processing capability value, in response to transitioning to the second power state.

摘要: Configuration parameters, of channel state information (CSI) resources for a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP of a cell, are received. One or more media access control control elements (MAC CEs) are received. The MAC CEs indicate a first semi persistent CSI report for the first TRP. The MAC CEs indicate a second semi persistent CSI report for the second TRP. First reference signal received power (RSRP) values, for the first semi persistent CSI report, are determined based on the plurality of CSI resources. Second RSRP values, for the second semi persistent CSI report, are determined based on the CSI resources. A codeword, comprising the first RSRP values and the second RSRP values, is created. The codeword is transmitted, based on the first semi persistent CSI report and the second semi persistent CSI report, via a physical uplink control channel resource.

The third access node is a child node associated with the second access node. The third access node communicates with the second access node via at least one backhaul link. The configuration parameters comprise an identifier indicating the first cell and backhaul information of the at least one backhaul link. The first access node determines, based on the backhaul information, a handover of a wireless device to the first cell. The first access node transmits, to the second access node, a message requesting the handover of the wireless device to the first cell.

摘要: A wireless device may receive one or more messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell. A reference duration for contention window adjustment may be determined based on the configuration parameters. The reference duration may be from a beginning of a channel occupancy of a first transmission burst and until an end of a first slot. The at least one physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) may be transmitted. A contention window value may be determined based on a plurality of new data indicators (NDIs) received in a plurality of uplink grants corresponding to a plurality of first transport blocks transmitted by the wireless device during the reference duration. The wireless device may perform a listen before talk procedure based on the contention window value. One or more second transport blocks may be transmitted based on the listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

摘要: In some embodiments, a wireless device receives, from a base station, a power offset value for power control of repetition occasions of a transport block. The wireless device receives a downlink control information indicating a sequence of redundancy versions (RVs). and a quantity of the repetition occasions. Then, the wireless device determines: a first transmission power, based on the power offset value and the RVs, for one or more first repetition occasions of the repetition occasions; and a second transmission power, based on the RVs, for one or more second repetition occasions of the repetition occasions. The wireless device transmits the transport block: via the one or more first repetition occasions and with the first transmission power; and via the one or more second repetition occasions and with the second transmission power.

摘要: A downlink control information (DCI) is received. The DCI indicates one or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. A first pathloss between a transmission reception point (TRP) and a first panel of a wireless device is measured based on one or more pathloss reference signals (RSs). A second pathloss between the TRP and a second panel of the wireless device is measured based on the one or more pathloss RSs. A pathloss is determined based on a quantity of the one or more TCI states indicated by the DCI. The pathloss is a combined pathloss based on the first pathloss and the second pathloss in response to the quantity being equal to one. The pathloss is one of the first pathloss and the second pathloss in response to the quantity being greater than one. A transport block is transmitted with a transmission power based on the pathloss.

The wireless device receives a second DCI indicating a scheduling offset value between the second DCI and a downlink data channel scheduled by the second DCI. The scheduling offset value is greater than or equal to the minimum scheduling offset value based on the field indicating to apply the minimum scheduling offset value.

A PCPS is selected from the plurality of PCPSs. The PCPS is associated with the downlink reference signal. An uplink transmission power is determined, based on the PCPS, for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of the cell. An uplink transport block is transmitted with the uplink transmission power via the PUSCH of the cell.

A channel occupancy time (COT) structure is determined for the RS based on the slot format combination. A transport block is transmitted, via uplink resources of the cell, based on the COT structure.
