Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station, a first configuration associated with transmitting a low priority UL channel and a second configuration associated with transmitting a high priority UL channel concurrent in time with the low priority UL channel. The UE may cancel the transmission of the low priority UL channel to transmit the high priority UL channel independently, or multiplex the low priority UL channel with the high priority UL channel to transmit both the low priority UL channel and the high priority UL channel together based on a third configuration received from the base station or at least one condition. At least one condition includes a power headroom, a coding rate of high priority data/UCI, or a percentage of resource in high UL channel that is taken by low priority UL transmissions.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive, from a base station, an indicator associated with a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process, wherein the indicator indicates a number of mini-slots to be bundled for a HARQ transmission of the HARQ process; and decode the HARQ transmission based at least in part on the mini-slots. In some aspects, a base station may transmit an indicator, associated with a HARQ process, to a user equipment, wherein the indicator indicates a number of mini-slots to be bundled for a HARQ transmission of the HARQ process; and transmit the HARQ transmission to the user equipment using the mini-slots. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive an indicator that indicates cancellation of one or more scheduled transmissions on a group of resources. The indicator has a format that is configurable to indicate whether scheduled transmissions in a downlink direction, an uplink direction, or both are cancelled. The indicator may include an indication of the group of resources and zero or more flags indicating a direction of transmissions that are canceled, or the indicator may include two or more groups of resources that each apply to one or both of the downlink direction or the uplink direction. The UE may cancel one or more transmissions in response to the indicator.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Some wireless communications systems may support configurations for grouping feedback information within a codebook. A user equipment (UE) may support one or more types of feedback. In some cases, the UE may generate subsets of feedback information within the codebook based on each type of feedback, which may increase overhead. To reduce overhead, the UE may receive signaling that indicates a configuration for grouping feedback information within a codebook. The UE may receive downlink messages that may be associated with a same set of uplink resources for transmitting a feedback message. The UE may generate a codebook to include one or more groups of feedback information in accordance with the configuration and based on the downlink messages. The UE may transmit the feedback message based on the codebook and via the set of uplink resources.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Wireless communications systems may employ one or more scheduling constraints to support efficient utilization of techniques for intra-device handling of overlapping scheduled uplink transmissions (e.g., intra-device dynamic resource cancelation and multiplexing) as well as inter-device handling of overlapping scheduled uplink transmissions (e.g., inter-device dynamic resource cancelation and multiplexing). Scheduling constraints may define how a device may apply intra-device and inter-device multiplexing and cancelation rules for various scenarios. For example, a device may apply intra-UE cancelation rules before inter-device cancelation rules. In some examples, later-received grants or uplink preemption indications (ULPIs) may not change a device's previously established decision to drop an uplink transmission. As another example, a device may not expect to receive a grant for an uplink transmission that would arise in subsequent cancelation of that uplink transmission due to a previously-received grant or previously-received ULPI.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for Uu and sidelink prioritization for subband full duplex UEs. The apparatus determines a priority level associated with channels that are scheduled to collide with each other. The apparatus transmits or receives a channel having a highest priority between the channels that are scheduled to collide with each other. The channel comprises at least one of an UL transmission, a DL reception, an SL transmission, or an SL reception. The apparatus enables simultaneous reception or transmission of the channel using a FD operation based on at least one condition.

Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication over a sidelink between a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE. The first UE may identify a configuration for discontinuous reception (DRX) for direct link communications with a second UE. The first UE may determine a channel busy ratio (CBR) based on a plurality of CBR measurement occasions within a time window prior to a direct link transmission based on the configuration for DRX. The first UE may determine whether to perform a congestion control on the direct link transmission based on the CBR. The first UE may perform a direct link transmission subject to a channel occupancy ratio limit.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may use easily detectable transmission parameters to infer difficult-to-detect parameters for communications with a base station. For example, the base station may provide the UE with multiple sets of transmission parameters, and the UE 115 may choose from among these sets of transmission parameters for the communications. In some cases, the UE may be configured with a reference set of transmission parameters, receive one or more transmission parameters that are different relative to the reference set of transmission parameters, and then determine to use the different transmission parameters for the communications. Additionally or alternatively, the multiple sets of transmission parameters may be specified for a certain uplink message (e.g., random access channel messages), where the UE selects the transmission parameter set based on one or more characteristics of the uplink message.
