Abstract: A switched capacitor voltage converter circuit for converting a first voltage to a second voltage includes: an output capacitor; a switched capacitor converter; and a control circuit. The switched capacitor converter includes: a switch circuit including fourth switches; an inductor coupled between the switch circuit and the output capacitor; and a flying capacitor coupled to the switch circuit, wherein the flying capacitor and the output capacitor constitute a voltage divider. The control circuit generates a PWM signal according to the second voltage and generates switch signals according to the PWM signal to control the switch circuit, so as to convert the first voltage to the second voltage. The control circuit decides whether the switched capacitor converter operates in a boundary conduction mode, a discontinuous conduction mode or a continuous conduction mode according to an output current or an output current related signal.

Abstract: The present invention provides a resonant switched capacitor voltage converter (RSCC), which is coupled to and operates synchronously with another RSCC. The RSCC includes: plural switches, a resonant inductor, a resonant capacitor, and a control circuit. The control circuit controls the switches, so that the resonant capacitor and the resonant inductor are connected in series to each other, to perform resonant operation in a switching period, thus converting an input voltage to an output voltage. The control circuit generates a zero current signal and a first synchronization signal when a resonant inductor current flowing through the resonant inductor is zero. The control circuit turns off at least one corresponding switch according to the zero current signal. The control circuit turns on at least one corresponding switch according to the zero-current signal and a second synchronization signal, so that the RSCC operates in synchronization with at least another RSCC.

And, the conversion controller circuit controls the adjustable output voltage according to the driving power control command, to regulate the adjustable output voltage to a high voltage level or a low voltage level.

Abstract: A power system capable of detecting a foreign object includes a power supplier side, a power receiver side and a cable. The power supplier side includes a power control switch, a power control circuit and a pull-up circuit. The power control circuit controls the power control switch to provide a supply voltage to the power receiver side. The pull-up circuit provides a supplier transmission current to generate a supplier transmission voltage for determining whether the power supplier side and the power receiver side are coupled properly. The power control circuit determines whether a foreign object exists between the power supplier side and the power receiver side according to a voltage difference of the supplier transmission voltage before and after the supply voltage VBUS is provided. The power control circuit adaptively controls the power control switch and adjusts the transmission current according to whether a foreign object exists.

Abstract: A flyback power converter includes a primary side controller circuit for controlling a primary side switch; and a secondary side controller circuit for generating an SR (Synchronous Rectification) signal to control an SR switch. The SR signal includes an SR pulse and a ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) pulse. The SR pulse controls the SR switch for synchronous rectification at the secondary side. The secondary side controller circuit samples and holds a voltage at a first end of the SR switch as a first voltage at a timing between the end of the ZVS pulse and the beginning of the SR pulse, and determines a length of the ZVS pulse so as to control the SR switch to be conductive for a ZVS time period, whereby the primary side switch achieves ZVS. The first voltage is proportional to an input voltage.

Abstract: A battery module for use in a battery system is operable in a bottom mode, a top mode or a middle mode during an enabled state. When two interface devices are connected with each other, the thermistor and the temperature monitor circuit can be located together in one of the interface devices or separately located in different interface devices.
