    Abstract: A switched capacitor voltage converter circuit for converting a first voltage to a second voltage includes: an output capacitor; a switched capacitor converter; and a control circuit. The switched capacitor converter includes: a switch circuit including fourth switches; an inductor coupled between the switch circuit and the output capacitor; and a flying capacitor coupled to the switch circuit, wherein the flying capacitor and the output capacitor constitute a voltage divider. The control circuit generates a PWM signal according to the second voltage and generates switch signals according to the PWM signal to control the switch circuit, so as to convert the first voltage to the second voltage. The control circuit decides whether the switched capacitor converter operates in a boundary conduction mode, a discontinuous conduction mode or a continuous conduction mode according to an output current or an output current related signal.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a resonant switched capacitor voltage converter (RSCC), which is coupled to and operates synchronously with another RSCC. The RSCC includes: plural switches, a resonant inductor, a resonant capacitor, and a control circuit. The control circuit controls the switches, so that the resonant capacitor and the resonant inductor are connected in series to each other, to perform resonant operation in a switching period, thus converting an input voltage to an output voltage. The control circuit generates a zero current signal and a first synchronization signal when a resonant inductor current flowing through the resonant inductor is zero. The control circuit turns off at least one corresponding switch according to the zero current signal. The control circuit turns on at least one corresponding switch according to the zero-current signal and a second synchronization signal, so that the RSCC operates in synchronization with at least another RSCC.

    Abstract: A lighting system includes: a power supply circuit, an AC-DC converter circuit and a wireless communication module. The wireless communication module receives an external command from a wireless communication device and generates an adjustment command according to the received external command. The adjustment command includes a luminance adjustment command and a driving power control command. The power supply circuit includes a power stage and a conversion controller circuit. The conversion controller circuit supplies a adjustable output voltage to the wireless communication module, to power the wireless communication module. The conversion controller circuit controls the power stage according to the luminance adjustment command, to adjust an output current of an output power, thereby adjusting the luminance of a light emission device. And, the conversion controller circuit controls the adjustable output voltage according to the driving power control command, to regulate the adjustable output voltage to a high voltage level or a low voltage level.

    Abstract: A power system capable of detecting a foreign object includes a power supplier side, a power receiver side and a cable. The power supplier side includes a power control switch, a power control circuit and a pull-up circuit. The power control circuit controls the power control switch to provide a supply voltage to the power receiver side. The pull-up circuit provides a supplier transmission current to generate a supplier transmission voltage for determining whether the power supplier side and the power receiver side are coupled properly. The power control circuit determines whether a foreign object exists between the power supplier side and the power receiver side according to a voltage difference of the supplier transmission voltage before and after the supply voltage VBUS is provided. The power control circuit adaptively controls the power control switch and adjusts the transmission current according to whether a foreign object exists.

    Abstract: A battery module for use in a battery system is operable in a bottom mode, a top mode or a middle mode during an enabled state. The battery module includes a battery unit and a battery control circuit. The battery unit which includes at least one battery generates a battery unit voltage between a positive terminal and a negative terminal of the battery unit. The battery control circuit is powered by the battery unit voltage and is configured to control the battery unit. The battery control circuit includes an enable terminal, an upstream input terminal, an upstream output terminal, a downstream input terminal, and a downstream output terminal. When the enable terminal is at an operation enabling level, or when the upstream input terminal is at an upstream enabling level, the battery module enters the enabled state.

    Abstract: A power system capable of detecting a foreign object, includes a power supplier side, a power receiver side, and a cable. The power supplier side includes a power converter, a foreign object detection and control circuit, and a pull-up circuit. The power converter supplies a supply voltage to the power receiver side according to a power supply control signal. The foreign object detection and control circuit generates the power supply control signal for controlling the power converter, and generates a foreign object detection and control signal according to a voltage at a supplier transmission node of the power supplier side, for determining whether a foreign object exists in the power receiver side.     Abstract: An interface device includes: at least one configuration channel terminal for communicating configuration information, wherein whether the interface device itself is in connection and whether the interface device itself is at a high voltage side or a low voltage side are determined according to a voltage or current status at the configuration channel terminal; a multi-functional transmission line, which includes a thermistor; and a temperature monitor circuit, coupled to the multi-functional transmission line, for sensing a temperature status to generate a temperature sensing signal. When two interface devices are connected with each other, the thermistor and the temperature monitor circuit can be located together in one of the interface devices or separately located in different interface devices.
