摘要: A circuit includes a transistor, with a resonant tank coupled between a DC supply node and a first conduction terminal of the transistor. A gate driver generates a gate drive signal for biasing a control terminal of the transistor to cause it to conduct current through the resonant tank. Control circuitry monitors a voltage across the transistor to determine that the transistor is an overvoltage condition if that voltage exceeds a threshold, and monitors a current through the transistor to determine that the transistor is an overcurrent condition if that current exceeds a threshold. If overvoltage is determined, the control circuitry causes the gate driver to pull up the gate drive signal. If overcurrent is determined, the control circuitry causes the gate driver to pull down the gate drive signal. If either overvoltage or overcurrent is present, a pulse width of the gate drive signal is reduced.

摘要: A wind turbine electrical power generating system is provided and is configured to supply generated electrical power to a main load. The system includes a wound rotor induction generator including stator windings and a generator rotor with rotor windings. The generator rotor is configured to be mechanically coupled to a wind turbine rotor of the wind turbine to receive rotational mechanical energy. A first converter is electrically coupled to the stator windings such that in operation, AC electrical power generated by the stator windings and provided to the main load passes through the first converter. A second converter is electrically coupled to the rotor windings of the generator rotor, wherein an AC frequency of the generated AC electrical power is at least partially determined by setting or controlling currents in the rotor windings of the generator rotor by the second converter.

For example, a system controller for regulating a power converter includes a first controller terminal; a second controller terminal; and a compensation current generator. The compensation current generator is configured to receive an input signal through the first controller terminal. The input signal indicates a first current flowing through a primary winding of a power converter. The compensation current generator is configured to receive a demagnetization signal related to a demagnetization period of the power converter and associated with an auxiliary winding of the power converter. The compensation current generator is configured to generate a compensation current based at least in part on the input signal and the demagnetization signal. The compensation current generator is connected to a resistor. The resistor is configured to generate a compensation voltage based at least in part on the compensation current.
