Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display, and particularly, relates to a device for fixing a quantum strip of a display and a display thereof. The device includes: a main body, provided with a cavity used for accommodating the quantum strip; a matching surface for clamping the quantum strip, which forms at least a part of the peripheral wall of the cavity and is capable of being firmly jointed with the outer surface of the quantum strip; and a connecting structure used for fixing the main body to the display. A proper material can be used for the main body for physical protection and thermal insulation protection on the quantum strip. The connecting structure is used for fixing the device to the display at a fixed position. The display includes the device. The device and the display can prevent the overturn and translation of the quantum strip, which is to avoid the influence on the light emitting effect of the backlight source and ensure the quality of the display. In addition, the main body of the device surrounds the quantum strip, which provides thermal protection and prevents physical damage and scratch.

The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards. Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.

A waterproof structure of a packing box for a LCD panel is disclosed. The waterproof structure includes the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion. The first engaging portion is disposed on a bottom plate of the packing box. At least one opening passing through the bottom plate is disposed in the bottom plate. The first engaging portion is located between the opening and a side wall of the packing box. The second engaging portion is disposed on a bottom surface of a cushion of the packing box. The second engaging portion is corresponding to the first engaging portion to allow the second engaging portion engage with the first engaging portion when the cushion is disposed on the bottom plate. A packing box for a LCD panel is further disclosed.

The present disclosure provides a pallet. The pallet includes a main body, a clamping device configured on the main body and having a clamping groove, and a clamping plate mounted in the clamping groove. The clamping groove forms a number of groups of grooves corresponding to the clamping plate for clamping the clamping plate, and the clamping plate engages with the corresponding groove to fix packing boxes of different size. The pallet of the present disclosure can fix packing boxes of different size by fixing the clamping plate in different grooves.

A pallet includes a pallet body, a plurality of recesses formed in a bottom of the pallet body, two retention tabs mounted to the bottom of the pallet body and respectively extending downward from two opposite sides of each of the recesses, and a plurality of legs mounted to the retention tabs and respectively receivable in the recesses. The pallet includes the rotatable legs, so that in using the pallet, the legs are rotated out and the coupling pins are applied to fix the legs for supporting and when the pallet is not in use, the coupling pins are removed to allow the legs to rotate in order to set the legs in recesses, whereby the pallet occupies a reduced amount of space for storage and transportation and thus the capacity of storage and transportation can be improved to thus lower down transportation cost.

The present invention provides a package box of liquid crystal glass, which includes a box body, a plurality of mounting sections arranged in the box body, and cushioning devices mounted to the mounting sections. The cushioning devices each include a cushioning section, a retention section connected to the cushioning section, and a projection. The mounting sections each include a first receiving channel and a through hole respectively corresponding to the retention section and the projection of the respective cushioning device. The retention sections are respectively received in the first receiving channels and the projections are respectively fit into the through hole so as to fix the cushioning devices inside the box body. The package box uses cushioning devices that are mounted inside a box in a snap-fitting manner so that the operation of assembling and disassembling the cushioning devices is simple, making it easy to re-work.

The present invention relates to an assembled packing case, which comprises a bottom component with a cruciform underside, and corner components clamped at the vacant corner of the bottom component; limiting holes are set at the clamping positions of the bottom component and the corner components; and further comprises fasteners inserting into the limiting holes to limit the relative position between the bottom component and the corner components; the bottom component and the corner component are set as mortise and tenon structures at their junctions; the bottom component and the corner components joggle into a packing case by the mortise and tenon structures. The structure of the assembled packing case is simple and the cost is low.
