    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device which includes a base layer including first to third emissive regions, a pixel defining layer disposed on the base layer and having first to third light emitting openings defined therein which respectively overlap the first to third emissive regions, a barrier wall that includes a first barrier wall layer disposed on the pixel defining layer and a second barrier wall layer disposed on the first barrier wall layer, where first to third barrier wall openings defined in the barrier wall respectively overlap the first to third light emitting openings. The display device includes light emitting elements, each of which includes a first electrode, an intermediate layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the intermediate layer, and auxiliary electrodes that are disposed on the light emitting elements and that cover the second electrodes.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a base layer, a pixel definition layer disposed on the base layer and provided with a light emitting opening defined therethrough, a barrier wall disposed on the pixel definition layer, having a conductivity, and provided with a barrier wall opening defined therethrough to correspond to the light emitting opening, and a light emitting element disposed in the light emitting opening and including an anode, an intermediate layer disposed on the anode, and a cathode disposed on the intermediate layer and connected to the barrier wall. The anode includes a conductive layer and a protective layer including first, second, and third layers disposed on the conductive layer and sequentially stacked. The second layer has an amorphous structure, and the third layer has a polycrystalline structure.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display panel includes forming a circuit layer including a gate, a source, and a drain on a base substrate and forming a light emitting element layer on the circuit layer. The forming of the circuit layer includes sequentially forming a preliminary metal layer, a preliminary oxide layer comprising molybdenum and tantalum, and a preliminary capping layer which comprise a preliminary electrode layer, cleaning the preliminary electrode layer, forming a photoresist layer pattern on the preliminary electrode layer, etching the preliminary electrode layer, and removing the photoresist layer pattern. During the etching of the preliminary electrode layer, a ratio between a removal speed ER1 of the preliminary oxide layer and a removal speed ER2 of the preliminary metal layer satisfies Equation 1 to maintain a low reflection property 1≤ER2/ER1≤3.  [Equation 1]
