Abstract: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising: a parameter indicating that uplink duplication is configured for a bearer corresponding to a first logical channel and a second logical channel; first mapping restrictions of the first logical channel to at least one first cell; and second mapping restrictions of the second logical channel to at least one second cell. A control element indicating activation or deactivation of duplication for the bearer is received. If the control element indicates activation of the duplication, the first mapping restrictions are applied to the first logical channel and the second mapping restrictions are applied to the second logical channel. If the control element indicates deactivation of the duplication, the first mapping restrictions are lifted from the first logical channel and the second mapping restrictions are lifted from the second logical channel.

Abstract: A base station transmits to a wireless device, a first message indicating a RRC state transition of the wireless device from an RRC connected state to an RRC inactive state. The first message indicates a value associated with a wireless device radio-access-network notification area (RNA) update timer for a periodic RNA update procedure. The base station receives an RNA update from the wireless device in response to expiry of the wireless device RNA update timer. A determination is made that the periodic RNA update is unsuccessful based on expiry of a network RNA update timer. A second message is transmitted by the base station to an AMF in response to the determination. The second message indicates a wireless device context release request for the wireless device. The second message comprises an identifier of the wireless device.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a first downlink control information. The first downlink control information comprises a first field having a first number of bits indicating: a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS); and a first redundancy version (RV). A first transport block is transmitted via a licensed cell based on the first MCS and the first RV. A second downlink control information is received. The second downlink control information comprises: an MCS field having the first number of bits indicating a second MCS; an RV field indicating a second RV; and a transmit power control field for determining a transmit power. A second transport block, based on the second MCS, the second RV, and the transmit power, is transmitted via a physical uplink shared channel of an unlicensed cell.

Abstract: A wireless device transmits one or more preambles in response to initiating a beam failure recovery. The wireless device determines a failure of the beam failure recovery based on a number of transmissions of the one or more preambles exceeding a first number. The wireless device determines a radio link failure in response to the failure of the beam failure recovery. The wireless device starts, based on the radio link failure, a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment procedure with a radio link failure report indicating the failure of the beam failure recovery is a cause of the radio link failure.

The SP-CSI RNTI indicates: activation of SP-CSI reporting; and no uplink grant for uplink packet transmission. The DRX inactivity timer is started based on the first DCI indicating the activation of the SP-CSI reporting. The DRX inactivity timer controls monitoring for DCIs of the SP-CSI RNTI. a transport block is transmitted based on receiving, while the DRX inactivity timer is running, a second DCI.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message. The radio resource control message comprises a periodicity of uplink resources of an uplink configured periodic grant. A buffer status report (BSR) for transmission is triggered in response to data becoming available for uplink transmission. The BSR indicates a size of the data. Based on the triggering of the BSR, an uplink scheduling request is triggered in response to receiving no additional resource for uplink transmission while the uplink resources for the uplink configured periodic grant are available. The scheduling request is transmitted.

The layer 1 RSRP report comprises: a first field indicating a reference signal of the reference signals of the secondary cell; and a second field indicating a layer 1 RSRP value of the reference signal.
